It's a lot like, it's not what you know but who you know to get help or resolve an issue without being threatened but the park is kept clean and neighbors are friendly. We have had some crime with naughty people shooting out car windows also trying to steal packages off of porches but that seems to go on all over El Cajon. For the most part I like living here just wish we had better security around the holidays

There is zero communication the rules laws prop 33 for mobile homes are neglected this has become a serious issue for seniors safety being the utmost priority in a senior mobile home park. Projects that started at least 1 1/2 years ago have left behind pipes sticking out of the ground our plants removed water shut off and without the legal written notice 72 hours, they have had their we maintenance men addressing gas lines this is also a violation of prop 33. Our son is a Fire Caption he was appalled and took the proper action to ensure SDGE were the only ones to fix gas lines. He did not want to get a call of gas explosion. The management ignores these and other potentially dangerous situations they go un noticed the office is their home his is on the verge of elder abuse Im a medical professional do not live there bought a home for my spouse, For any concern regarding gas etc you must fill out out a complaint form. Per health and human services this could be violation of senior living, Also per fire code their are to be 2 exits. their is 1 the other is locked should a fire god forbid occur their would be extensive destruction and death

Led by Jeannie it is such a pleasure to do business with Terrace View. There are many new homes that are being bought up quickly. Very family friendly community, very quiet and the neighbors are all very kind and neighborly. This has become a great community to live in and we have been here since 2019. The park is clean and they will expect you to do so and I love that. There's wilderness close by and you don't want people having their mess and be full of rats or I don't know what else. They have rules like any other park or association and you want that. You don't want to be in a mess with parties with super loud music when you need to work the next day or your kids are sleeping. We haven't heard or see any problem and you just have to look around and see the maintained guys and gardeners working. You just see people walking their dogs. I'm happy here.
