I moved here to have less pest work and bought the trailer from the trailer court. That was a huge mistake. I 've had more work than I've ever had anywhere! I also thought the managers were wonderful as my parents had been here and the community feeling was fantastic. But they were gone. It turned out Rick was the son of the great managers. I had no idea. That community feeling has dwindled little by little to absolutely nothing. My mom trusted Rick because of his parents.. First of the endless problems was Ithe day I somewhat moved in (I'd had to wait due to the paint smell) the kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Okay I bought it as is but the first time using the sink-Carol said-you bought it as is. I was shocked. Rick had said no way was this place a fixer upper, as he'd done so much work to it, and blah blah blah. Rick, one street down, didn't even have the courtesy to look at this problem. It turned out to be some large dried blob blocking the pipe (maybe paint or mudd from workers?). My son in law and I fixed it ourselves. Bought the tools, abs pipe, couplings, etc. Next the pipe connection e under the tub came apart as it was put together with electric tape. Thank goodness I was home and heard all this water running under the tub and turned off my watrer immediately. Paid a plumber to fix all that plumbing.
There is too much negative to put in one review. Actual experiences and I have pictures, proof, etc. I had been trying to get out of here right away yet over and over problems of management whining about something or repairs, repairs, repairs. I had to use the grant for repairs on the outside to please the managers with what they had sold me, yet wanted it changed or something else done.
One good thing - the exercise room is nice and is now air conditioned.
I'll yelp some more later, if Ican take this stress. I ended up in the hospital three times since here due to all the stress.
This place is not maintained properly. Everything is on camera- five for one pool. What!!!!! read more
