Even after all these years, Rosemary continued to care about my home and my experience as a first-time homeowner. Recently she helped arrange for my home to receive a fresh coat of paint and have my stairs repaired. The work was completed by Coastline Construction, and they did an excellent job. The crew was professional, courteous and paid attention to details. I truly appreciate Rosemary's support in making this happen and the quality work provided by Coastline Construction. It's reassuring to know there are still companies that care about their customers long after the sale. If you are thinking about buying a home, I highly recommend Mobile Home Connection. Kari H.

We started working with Cramer Consulting under very suspicious circumstances. The selling agent,…read moreMaria, "highly encouraged" us to use John Cramer (although we were already pre-approved with a different lender) and made sure we knew that 14-50 other offers (the number changed through the transaction) were put on the house and that ours was the lowest. We tried to give John a chance, but either due to poor communication, dishonesty, or lack of skill or will, he did not perform the services we required in the time-frame we needed to close escrow in time. When communicating our frustrations with him or trying to get an immediate response (due to momentary low interest rates), he either ignored emails or went completely off the rails on us in the most disrespectful manner that I have ever been spoken to in my life. I couldn't believe that we were his clients, about to give him a good chunk of in commission from our hard-earned money. In the end, we missed out on very low interest rates because we followed his recommendation to float the market, causing us to settle on a loan that cost us $250 more a month, and, instead of sticking with an approved loan we already had on file with him, he started a brand new loan application less than 1 week from escrow closing in the midst of the coronavirus market fall, leaving us with a loan we had no idea when it would close. Ultimately, we ended up pulling the plug on the transaction, due to issues with him and the selling agent not following the contract timelines or putting anything in writing.
