The flavor combo together is unreal. This dish sings! Whenever we're in Zaragoza we make sure to come to this restaurant and I must order this dish. I wouldn't be lying if I told you we purposely stopped in Zaragoza on a road trip just for this dish! On a one night start t we actually came for dinner and again for lunch before we had to go. But the ambiance and decor are all so lovely. This last time what the first time I visited as a parent with kids and the staff were so kind and accommodating, especially when my baby girl was crying. We ordered the tasting menu. Food was great, we enjoyed the wine recommendations, and we had a lot of fun tasting all their creative dishes. Owner and sommelier David Pérez was really friendly and very helpful translating everything for my American boyfriend. I personally liked it way more than Lillas Pastia, the only other Michelin-rated Aragonese restaurant I've visited.
