The other person did not receive their shrimp cocktail until about 15 minutes after everyone else had already received and started eating their meals. That delay made the dining experience even more frustrating. What made the situation even more upsetting was how mistakes were handled. One of my friends mentioned to Yesenia in Spanish that the service had not been good, but there was no apology or attempt to improve the situation. Later, while packing up uneaten food to-go, she dropped the food all over the floor and did not apologize or offer to replace it. I also spoke directly with the manager about our concerns. At first, he did not seem to understand me, even when I spoke in Spanish. Eventually he understood, but unfortunately there was still no apology, concern, or effort made to correct the situation.
