I had a good experience here stopping on my way back into town. I don't speak Spanish but the person working easily switched to English to take my order and explained to me about some of the menu. Seemed like they had a good selection of items and the wait time for my order was very short. It was nice and clean inside with seating, and the bathroom was also clean and well-kept! I ordered corn in a cup -- never again. It's so watery! I also ordered tuna with the tajin lemon on the side and they forgot to put them in the bag. SMH. Definitely wasn't able to enjoy my tuna and corn in a cup like I wanted to. read more

I was walking my dog (i live in the neighborhood where this establishment is located) and we decided to stop by and get a treat. I noticed they do not allowed dogs inside the establishment so i stayed outside and asked if someone from the staff could just step to the door to take my order to avoid going inside. When i've been on walks with my dog i usually do this and it's never been a problem before since i respect their guidelines of no pets INSIDE. After maybe 15 minutes (understandable there was people waiting for their orders) a older woman came out and asked my order, and left with my card to run the transaction. When she came back out she started harassing me with questions if my dog was a service animal and if he was why was he not wearing a vest identifying him as such. I informed her i didn't mean to cause trouble and if they didn't want to service me i could just leave that it was no problem and i kept trying to explain we were not trying to go inside at any moment. my dog is well trained but still i know it's an establishment with food which is why i asked for my order to be taken outside (i was on the grass i was not even on the porch anymore). i kept telling her to please stop causing a scene because she told me that i needed to get a badge stating he was a service dog if i wanted to even be on the property and i kept repeating to her that even if he was a service animal in the state of texas that is not required. she scolded me in front of others and made me feel very humiliated and truly wanted to run out of there. Only reason I didn't leave right away is because up until she charged my card she hadn't brought up anything to me. (there was other people there with a small dog hanging outside as well) she only started scolding me and demanding a service animal vest after she had taken my money. And she even asked me to tie my dog on a pole and go inside to order next time (that is very irresponsible and the area is not safe someone could have easily stolen my labrador) I never stepped a foot inside, and to top it off she got my order wrong because she was so focused on trying to humiliate me. even other people spoke up to her about it. Once I got my food I threw it away and went home and it was a very stressful experience. Your employees need to practice prudence and kindness it can go a long way. read more

The food is good, but the icecream is gross. I swear at one point I ate spoiled icecream. I went today and the staff was rude and when I ordered icecream it wasn't even a the rim of the cone. They served a ball then a scrap of the left over icecream that was on the scoop. read more

This was our first time here since it's still pretty new to our area and it did not disappoint! I felt like a kid in a candy shop. There's so many great choices so I definitely can't wait to go back. We went early so we decided to go with two small juices. I got the 'Green' juice and I absolutely loved how fresh it tasted. My husband got to choose his three fruits/veggies. I came to buy a sandwich and asked for a dessert suggestion as well. The sandwich was great but as they were about to close, I took the dessert home. At home, I take the first bite to a "flan" and it was disgusting. The flan had expired and yet they were selling it. I went back to notify the personal anoint the incident and I was told I had to bring in the expired flan back. When I first walked in it was very very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming I asked for suggestions and they gave me their opinion's and were honest. I have been going to this place for years but it is during a pandemic that a business shows their true colors. I went in and the lady that checked me out was extremely rude. The people that work here aren't usually nice so I usually go for the food but this time they were even worse. The lady that rang up my order (touched my card and everyone else's money) is the same lady that went to prepare several food orders without gloves nor washing her hands. I asked another employee to remake this order by someone who would wear a mask and the same lady proceeded to make it (angrily) and touched one of my foods without gloves again. This place is terrible especially during a pandemic where public health should be a priority. I am never returning to this place again and I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The fruit was exquisite, and the cuts were to perfection, obviously a skilled artist with blades in the back. I will most definitely be returning to this lovely establishment should I choose to visit Dallas Texas again read more

Ive always been very happy with the service and the fruit i receive from here but today i came with daughter and son who both wanted fruit and i a corn. We were going to get each a small fruit when we went to fridge to see what fruit they wanted we noticed alot of knats and flies all over fruit. I mentioned to the employee but she didnt even cover fruit or throw away. She only offerred the ones in the cup but didnt offer to cut in pieces as we only wanted small ones. My kid is 7 he will not finish all in the cup. I drive from grand prairie even though theres alot of fruterias out that way because the fruit has always been really good here but today was not acceptable to serve your clients fruit that knats or flies have been on. I would love to continue to come here but please see if something different can be done so we your clients can actually get fresh fruit. I messaged this to them but never received a reply.
