She is consistently warm, gracious, and genuinely happy to help, whether it's first thing in the morning or ten minutes before closing. In an era of self-checkout and increasingly impersonal service, she's the person who notices when a line is getting long and opens another register, happily looks up produce codes you forgot to write down, or helps with a last-minute change without ever making you feel like an inconvenience. It's the little things, but they add up. I've never once seen her without a bright smile or a willingness to go out of her way for a customer. What might feel like an inconvenience to someone else, Miss B handles with such effortless kindness.
