They do have a lady who serves who never acknowledges me when I walk in. I have stood at the counter waiting to place an order to go for more than 10 minutes while she ignores me. She is not friendly at all. I would not mind waiting if she would say "Hi, be with you in a minute". Sometimes you're just busy. But no acknowledgment at all is unacceptable. I asked for chips and salsa and she literally rolled her eyes at me. If you can get past that, it's worth a stop.
