This place is Churro heaven! Friendly staff that can speak English with perfectly cooked churros, who could ask for anything else. It is a small space with limited parking but I took an Uber and was able to get a seat. I had a caramel filled churro, an iced caramel coffee, small churros to go, and a churro chocolate bar. Light and airy churros. Location was easy to find, parking can be tricky but we managed to find parking right up front. Service was good and well churros made it to my top five favorite churros. Non greasy churros are difficult to come across and these churros aren't greasy, fresh and have the perfect crunch with right amount of sugar. Love this place. They make fresh, light churros that aren't greasy at all. Super cute location, very friendly staff, and most importantly the churros are great. One note, it's a cash only business. I showed up here during the Covid pandemic and so I had to order at the window and had to take it to go but nonetheless after waiting about 15 minutes for our family box meal, this place was totally worth it. The churros are super fresh, full of explosive flavor , a high quality churro, super worth it. All the sauces that came with it were of superb quality, awesome taste, I topped all this with some delicious matcha and delicious hot chocolate. I also got two cream filled churros, cajeta and strawberry, both were just amazing, I especially loved these, they were very, very good. Nice people behind the counter, nice packaging , made with love, I will definitely come back here every time I'm in Tijuana . Do you're self a favor and come here, so worth it . read more

My new obsessions are deep fried desserts, which led me here! This cute little spot was a short skip away from our hotel, off the road is where you'll find this little nook, super quaint and not a ton of parking so beware. We ordered the tradition with cajeta as a dip. Service was friendly, they actually fry the churros fresh so the wait was less than 10 minutes! The churros were a tad oily but aside from that, they had a nice crunch. Less pillowy on the inside like other churros I've had but still yummy! The Mexican caramel dip was amazing though, we both ended up licking the container to make sure we got every last bit. Totally worth the trip! read more

I was in Mexico having a medical procedure done. When I was told I could have one last meal and dessert before the procedure I was happy. But, what to have??? I went on Yelp and looked up some nearby dessert spots. El 4to Anhelo came up and my heart skipped a beat. There is no way I was coming to Mexico and not having an authentic churro! I eat them all the time in the states but these looked amazing. And as they say, when in Rome LOL. So I called up an Uber and told them to take me to this spectacular spot. I will tell you now, The place is a little small so if you aren't looking, you can miss it. It is next to a dry cleaners so just be on the lookout for that. The decor is very modern yet minimal. The golden wood on the walls, floors and tables gives it a clean yet cozy feel. And there is indoor and outdoor seating. I asked the cashier for some help and decided to get the four churros. (My eyes were definitely way bigger than my stomach because I barely made it through two. I got the caramel sauce with my churros as well as the hot chocolate with marshmallows. I was expecting a small cup of hot chocolate but I got what amounted to a bowl LOL with a handle. There was no way I was getting all of that down. The churros were freshly poured so they were hot and crispy with a nice taste of cinnamon and sugar. The hot chocolate was delicious. They really toasted the he marshmallows which was a surprise. It was just like how they would look if I had toasted them over a campfire. I love my marshmallows like that. All in all this place is wonderful. I wish I would've gotten the churro ice cream sandwich though. It looked amazing. But, I was extremely satisfied with my dish. I also saw a lady who had one long churro as a single serving. You can really get these however you'd like. The menu was in Spanish and the cashier spoke very little English. He was still pretty helpful though. The churros are honestly amazing, so many toppings and dressings to choose from. My fiancée had the artesanal chocolate and he was happy with his selection, I had the matcha iced tea and it tastes more like milk than matcha so I would skip this one. 3 stars for the parking and space, this place is extremely small so seriously people are breathing on each other if it gets packed, also the parking situation is horrible-basically no parking-their space only fits like three cars. They should really consider moving to a bigger location. read more

Best tasting churros I've had in a while. I did ask mine with no sugar and cinnamon and they were perfect for dipping in the chocolate. Since the place is very small it can be a wait to get a table and there are only a few parking spaces or you can park along the street which is what we did. We ordered a hot chocolate and a regular coffee but we would have preferred they have more coffee options. read more
