I've used them for a few years and they have consistently had good prices and good service. That said, there has been twice where things didn't go smoothly, once i put in an order then I got an email about a week later saying they were out of stock one of the juices i ordered and they refunded me. The other time it didn't ship for a whole week, but then it shipped an everything was cool. Both times the customer support were helpful though. read more

Yea, they're the "connect". The connect that says "be right there" and four hours later is still in sweatpants eating cereal on their mom's couch. Don't fall for it. Bulked up my order to get free shipping... which will now take 10 days to get to me. Honestly don't understand how it could take that long...do they drop the juice off at a freeway entrance and wait for it to hitch hike its way to me?? Seriously. So bogus. I order from other FL based sites and it's 2 days, no extra charge or min $$ spend. hopefully I get the thing. Lame . read more

E-juice connect is one of the best stores that I have shopped at up to this point. They have a great selection rarely ever out of stock of anything if they are they can get it back in stock pretty quick. Their prices are just amazing! The only thing I wish is that I lived there so I could get my products same day. lol but living in Texas, It takes a bit. I really wish you guys would consider getting priority shipping I would pay for that just to get my order a few days sooner. Customer Service is great if you email them or call them and leave a message. They will return your call or email the next day, again great juice selection, as well as mods and kits and tanks, Batteries coils everything you could think of they've got. Thank you E-Juice Connect for being around!! read more

Do not order from this place. They will send you a tracking number, it will never move, they won't answer phone or emails, then maybe a week later tell you what you ordered isn't in stock. That you will be refunded. You will never see that money unless you get it refunded by your credit card or bank. They did this to me three days before Christmas. I ordered on 15th of Dec. They sent a tracking that never moved , and waited till Dec 20 to try and tell me, "Oh sorry it's out of stock" and won't answer if you ask "then why send me a tracking #?" Karla is the name of the person who finally emailed me and kept giving excuses and lies. I never saw an order. Filed a claim with PayPal. Save yourself the stress and order from ECMVAPE. They are legit and great people. read more

Really nice customer service I wish their inventory were more easy to understand so you know what you can order but they use usps if that helps with shipping questions read more

I've been a customer for a few years, and never an issue until my most recent order. Yes, they do ship fast, but apparently accuracy is a thing of the past. Their ad was misleading, so the coils I ordered don't work for my tank. I have called and left messages twice. Emailed 3 times and have not heard a word. I am terribly disappointed. They are, in-fact, "buying" reviews. Submit a review, get 5% back. They don't do it, unless you email them about it. I'll stick to other more reliable sources for my vaping needs going forward. read more

Love there product and there prices, but they have piss poor respect and concern for customer consideration. They do not try to help find your product when there piss poor shipping is overly late. If you contact them they never call you back nor will they answer there phones. Now I have to take in consideration if good price is worth there there piss poor care for customer service. Will I buy from them again or will I drop them like a bad habit, my. Loyalty only goes so far when miss treated. read more

Prices are too high, compared to other online vape shops. Their disposable vape prices are generally almost twice as high, and the ejuice prices are the same. Don't order the ejuice grab bag either, I recieved ejuice that I never heard of with no taste at all. Avoid them!!! read more

I've been using Ejuice Connect for years and the only problem, not really a problem, I've had in 8+ years of using them is once I ordered 5 bottles of different juices and when I received them it was 5 bottles of juices I never tried before. Of course I reached out to them and let them know I didn't order what they sent and they immediately apologized and sent me the correct order and told me to keep the 5 bottles they mistakenly sent.. That was probably 5 years ago and to this day I still use one of those they mistakenly sent as my main all day juices. It usually takes about 5-7 days for me to receive my order which I don't think that's too bad Especially with the prices they have. They are by far the cheapest I've ever found on all top notch e juice, coils and tanks. Depending on which devices you buy sometimes you can find them a little cheaper elsewhere but with their customer service and prices on everything else it's worth paying a couple more bucks. You can not go wrong with using Ejuice Connect read more

This place can't get anything right NEVER SEND CORRECT COILS AND WONT send after either its a JOKE u have to go through all this BS AND pay for another shipping price!! DONT waste your time here! read more

Well I did love this company until as of recent the order I received about 4 weeks ago that had included old, expired or possibly fake coils in it. I've reached out to them several times now by phone and email and filed an official request for replacements online as they instructed me to do and they have just ignored me. I bought 4 packs of vaporesso GTI replacement coils and every coil I've used since purchasing them has been bad. I get an awful and harsh burnt taste after 3-4 days of using the coil no matter what flavor juice I use. That's not normal and GTI coils from other businesses last over a Week each time. So needless to say they lost my business because of the lack of care to respond to a customer when they said they would "take care of me." read more

Great shop. Fast service. Cheapest juice I could find online. I'm stuck on one flavor. Can no longer pick up local because leadership in California has lost their minds. Thanks read more

This company and people are rip off artists that cannot respond to customer emails. Below is what I sent them and is 100% fact. They will rip you off! I will be reporting them to the BBB. No one has answered me on this regarding order 590291! Please respond! I have called both of your phone numbers. I am about to leave very negative feedback on every site I can think of if I do not hear back from someone to resolve this issue. ATTENTION: I just received my shipment, and I am very upset! I have ordered from many places online, but this is my first time ordering from your site and I am extremely disappointed! I immediately tried calling both of your listed numbers and I got no one... figures. As a first time customer of yours I really expected more from your company. I clearly ordered 10 bottles and received only 5 of them! The list inside the box has my order and there are check boxes next to all of them like they were supposed to be in the package. You should be able to tell from the shipping weight that all of my order wasn't in the package. One juice (Ryu by Sugoi) was inside the Jam Monster Lemon box which I didn't receive the actual bottle. WTF? The USPS packaging you sent it in wouldn't even be able to accommodate that many bottles. All boxes are extremely abused, torn and tattered Here is what I did receive: QTY (1) ICED REDS Apple Juice by 7 Daze E Liquid 60ml, Nicotine: .03 [there should have been 2 of them] QTY (1) ICED Blackberry Lemonade by Vapetasia E-Liquid - 100ml, Nicotine: .03 QTY (1) UFOhm Contact by Caribbean Cloud Company, Nicotine: .03 QTY (1) Ryu E-Liquid by Sugoi Vapor 100ml, Nicotine: .03 QTY (1) REDS Strawberry ICED Apple Juice by 7 Daze E Liquid 60ml, Nicotine: .03 Here is what I am still owed by your company: QTY (1) REDS Apple Peach ICED by 7 Daze E Liquid 60ml, Nicotine: .03 QTY (1) ICED REDS Apple Juice by 7 Daze E Liquid 60ml, Nicotine: .03 QTY (1) Juusu by Yami Vapor 100ml, Nicotine: .03 QTY (1) Jam Monster Lemon 100ml E Liquid - .03 QTY (1) Juiced White Strawberry by Virtue Vape - 120ml, Nicotine: .03 This is just unacceptable! They're legit, but they are becoming more greedy by the day. They used to allow you to earn points to save money on your next orders, but they killed that. They used to offer free shipping, but now you have to spend over$500 to get that deal. I used to be able to order and get the packages within 4 to 5 days. Now it's 10 days or more. The last time I ordered, they said they'd refund me 20% of my order if I put a Google review in, took a screenshot, and emailed it to them. They refunded me 5%. Now, if you go to their reviews, they have 5 stars, and all the reviews are from the past week. They literally bought the reviews, and they didn't even honor their side of the bargain. I'm looking for a new, trustworthy site. The only reason I continue to order from ejuiceconnect is because I know that what I order will eventually get to me, and I am always leary of ordering from companies I'm unfamiliar with. read more

I absolutely love this company. They truly are the best around. You can't beat the prices. Shipping is fast and I've never had an issue with them. I place large orders and every single time the order is accurate and arrives on time. I always place my orders on Thursday and receive them on Saturday. Thank you! read more

The site and products is above and beyond great. However, the "free" shipping they offer with a code for orders over a certain amount, is absolutely garbage. Its not necessarily their fault but its not the same shipping that you'd otherwise pay for. The times I've paid the $ for shipping, its maybe 4 to 5 days. The last 2 times I've qualified for "free" shipping, the package goes everywhere but the state its supposed to. I'm currently on day number 11 of waiting. The package, according to the tracking, came from Florida, quick stop in North Carolina, then spent 3 days in Pennsylvania, and now on day 2 1/2 of being in West Virginia. I'm here waiting in Maryland. My suggestion is to just pay the extra money for shipping unless you have a lot of juice to wait. read more

Fast delivery, on time. No problems Great selection of E-Juice. Great prices at great value

great prices, great selection, fast shipping!!! I will definitely make this my go to for everything juice!!

Each time I order, I get a discount...which is great if your on a budget, as we all are today. E juice connect offers great flavors and a large variety at good and some great quality e juices at a good or great price, depending upon your choices. Shipping costs are not bad depending upon how many bottles you buy. I shop here instead of my local vape shop...it's much cheaper for what some stores call premium juices if the shop makes their own juice.. at least around here. read more

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP PRICES!!! This site has terrible customer service. I received the wrong order and reach out to customer support multiple times. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond. I will make sure I leave a review on every portal possible. Lesson learned read more

I have been ordering from them for years and have watched as their customer service went from ok to horrible. For the outrageous price they charge for shipping you'd think they could ship out quick. Nope, they take a week or more from the time they print your shipping label u till they finally get around to.taking it to the post office. Good news is they have updated their shipping terms due to Covid to make sure they cant be blamed for their lousy service. I have waited weeks for orders and am still waiting for my last order from 2 weeks ago. Most of their juice is out of date, they must be buying rejected juice from the manufacturers. Do yourself a favor and NEVER BUY FROM THESE RIPOFFS! The reviews you read online are correct. EJuice Connect SUCKS! read more

This place needs to be put out of business. They stole over $50 from me. As I am searching for a remedy, I discover that this company has an F rating with the BBB. Facebook is loaded with complaints. They have the best deals and their delivery service is on time. They have a large selection of vape mods, ejuice, tanks and coils. Ejuice Connect has good prices but they choose to ship with FedEx and FedEx is terrible. I only live a few hours from ejuice connect and when they use FedEx it takes 4 or more days for my package to get to me, now when they use USPS or UPS I get my package the day after they ship it, I know they use UPS and USPS because I have received orders from them that those shipping company delivered so I don't know why even though I asked them not to ship my order with FedEx they still did. These days it's hard to find vape shops online that will still ship to my state but so far I have a few to choose from and ejuice connect will no longer be one of them, i can place a order from a shop on the other side of the country and get it faster. read more

Took my money, never received it and Karla refused to refund. Had to contact my bank to get my money back. Ejuice is a scam!

I have attempted to make a purchase from Ejuice Connect on Sat, Jan 14, 2023... the order failed but my card was still charged for the purchase. I sent an email to their customer service. Which has not responded to this date. I haven't gotten my refund nor a response from this company. I opened a BBB case and awaiting a resolution. If you're going to order. Be VERY CAREFUL. They don't answer their phones or emails regarding complaints. read more

I've had multiple orders and spent a lot and only have one small mishap. For the multiple orders of a few hundred each order I've only had one order where they sent two of the wrong juices and then refunded me the juice prices but didn't refund me the tax I paid or shipping or the wa state vape tax. So ultimately they got me for a few dollars but for everything I save and the multiple other times that were on point I'd definitely recommend them. read more

We bought 19 bottles of juice. Shipping was fast. It got to us within a week just before the holidays. All 19 bottles were in the box and all were in date.
