They sent a tracking that never moved , and waited till Dec 20 to try and tell me, "Oh sorry it's out of stock" and won't answer if you ask "then why send me a tracking #?" I've been using Ejuice Connect for years and the only problem, not really a problem, I've had in 8+ years of using them is once I ordered 5 bottles of different juices and when I received them it was 5 bottles of juices I never tried before. Of course I reached out to them and let them know I didn't order what they sent and they immediately apologized and sent me the correct order and told me to keep the 5 bottles they mistakenly sent.. That was probably 5 years ago and to this day I still use one of those they mistakenly sent as my main all day juices. Well I did love this company until as of recent the order I received about 4 weeks ago that had included old, expired or possibly fake coils in it. I've reached out to them several times now by phone and email and filed an official request for replacements online as they instructed me to do and they have just ignored me. I bought 4 packs of vaporesso GTI replacement coils and every coil I've used since purchasing them has been bad. I get an awful and harsh burnt taste after 3-4 days of using the coil no matter what flavor juice I use. That's not normal and GTI coils from other businesses last over a Week each time. The site and products is above and beyond great. However, the "free" shipping they offer with a code for orders over a certain amount, is absolutely garbage. Its not necessarily their fault but its not the same shipping that you'd otherwise pay for. The times I've paid the $ for shipping, its maybe 4 to 5 days. The last 2 times I've qualified for "free" shipping, the package goes everywhere but the state its supposed to. I'm currently on day number 11 of waiting. The package, according to the tracking, came from Florida, quick stop in North Carolina, then spent 3 days in Pennsylvania, and now on day 2 1/2 of being in West Virginia. They're legit, but they are becoming more greedy by the day. They used to allow you to earn points to save money on your next orders, but they killed that. They used to offer free shipping, but now you have to spend over$500 to get that deal. I used to be able to order and get the packages within 4 to 5 days. Now it's 10 days or more. The last time I ordered, they said they'd refund me 20% of my order if I put a Google review in, took a screenshot, and emailed it to them. They refunded me 5%. Now, if you go to their reviews, they have 5 stars, and all the reviews are from the past week. They literally bought the reviews, and they didn't even honor their side of the bargain. Ejuice Connect has good prices but they choose to ship with FedEx and FedEx is terrible. I only live a few hours from ejuice connect and when they use FedEx it takes 4 or more days for my package to get to me, now when they use USPS or UPS I get my package the day after they ship it, I know they use UPS and USPS because I have received orders from them that those shipping company delivered so I don't know why even though I asked them not to ship my order with FedEx they still did. For the multiple orders of a few hundred each order I've only had one order where they sent two of the wrong juices and then refunded me the juice prices but didn't refund me the tax I paid or shipping or the wa state vape tax.
