Where do I start?  We were really, really disappointed with Brandon and his business, Johns…read moreComplete Remodeling.  Brandon was 2.5 hours late for the first day of a small bathroom remodeling (refresh) job in a rental house we own.  Per his own words, he said it was "1-2-3 job".  All that we needed to have done was to have some tile taken down and replaced.  The job dragged on for 8 days (not a typo).  Brandon also promised to show up at a certain time (which we agreed upon together) and then would show up whenever he wanted to.  Brandon would work maybe an hour and a half and then leave for the day.  The home was left a mess (actually a disaster).  Broken tile was everywhere, grout and mortar both dried and still in powder form strewn about the floors and walls.  Then trying to get hold of him was another issue, he doesn't answer his phone after he has gotten the job and knows your number and when you text, you are really lucky to get a return text in less than two hours.  On the final day of the job, he proclaimed the job was done.  He left a piece of broken floor molding glued to the floor and when I went to turn on the shower it would not turn off, I thought he may have tested it, but he didn't.  I texted him about that issue, he did return the text (but not punctually).  In fact, he said he was going to eat dinner and then return to the jobsite.  He finally showed up about two hours later - meanwhile the water was just gushing out.  Then when the tenants returned home, they discovered that he and his workers used the bathroom but didn't bother to flush the toilet for 8 days!!!  We gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid him.  That evening we discovered that the caulk and grout he used in the project had run and made a huge mess in the bathtub.  I contacted him about this three times and he has yet to return my messages.  I guess once he gets paid, he's out of there.  So much for customer service and pride in the job he just did. Overall, I give Brandon an "F".  Brandon is lazy, chronically hours late to the job site, stays maybe 90 minutes (if you are lucky) on the job site then leaves for the day and makes a huge mess for the customer to clean up on a daily basis.  I would NOT recommend him or his "company" Johns Complete Remodeling unless you are looking for a headache, mess and a never ending job.  Save yourself grief and hire anyone else.

One, the firm's lead supervisor was subsequently fired. A three-week cabinet install was in process for three months and the end product was never finished, and a much more talented Wood Workers of Naples was hired and paid by me to correct the poor quality and mess created by D Worst original subcontractor. Wallpaper installer left the job in January 20 but has never returned even after many promises to do so. I paid for $35,000 in rugs that have never been delivered! Think twice before you are lured into this company by the owner's promises. Not quality and honesty here. How lame is that the rave reviews above include two of the owner's children. All phoney!
