I told them, "well I am sorry that it is a 2 hour drive, but you guys are the ones that dropped the ball, not me." He then said "are you going to give me grief, or is there a phone # you can give me to see if I can pick this up tomorrow." I told them FORGET IT, I will find another pick up agent. Returning packages just got easier!…read more I stopped by this post office to return a SHEIN dress, and I was so impressed by how quick and convenient it was. They have free oversized pouches for returns (a feature I haven't seen at other locations), which made the process super simple--just drop in the item and have the clerk scan the QR code on your phone. Plus, the lines here are usually much shorter. This is definitely my new go-to spot for SHEIN, Amazon, and other returns.

There is a teeeeeeny tiny parking lot that has spots for like, 5 cars so if it's busy you will see people lined up on either side of the street so take note of that. For this reason, I usually hoof it. It's maybe a mile for me but I like the exercise. Sometimes the wait here is long as with any post office, but the workers I've encountered here are generally friendly. They also have some decent cards too if you need a greeting card as well as gift cards from various retailers. My mom loves eBay so this is where I get her GCs since they don't sell eBay ones everywhere. Note they don't process passports at this location - you'll have to go to West Bab or North Bab for that. Though, they do have the application to fill out to save you a bit of time, but wished they were also capable of handling this.

The company never showed leaving our company and the venue in a bad situation given city trash policies. Found Michael via a frantic google search in the late night hours and so glad we did. Worst company ever…read more I called at 7:25 am to make a small delivery of a really urgent delivery. They told me a courier can be at my pick up place in a Manhattan address in 10 minutes. And can get to Bethpage to deliver after in 45 minutes. Courier only picked up at 8:25 am. He never arrived in Bethpage. As of 10:30 am he didn't arrive yet. I called to check and was yelled at. I was being told lies. I was kept being told it will take at least an hour more. I was being threatened that the delivery will be cancelled if I keep calling. The company hanged up on me and verbally abused me. Despicable scam and incompetent worthless company. EDIT: company has apparently decided to respond below. They are lying. By that, they are adding sin to crime. Yes they yelled. Like crazy and sweared. Yes they hanged up on me. Yes they promised delivery times and lied about it and are lying again. I URGE EVERYONE to STAY AWAY from this company like fire. They are liars and they are terrible. Never seen such a dishonest service . Nasty and deplorable. Liars.
