Supposed to be rather good because of location in market and owned by a significant food supplier so is a 'showroom'. Bright and pleasant inside. well laid out. Staff not very attentive despite not being very busy on my visit. Had a limited meal as in a rush. Veg are extra. I had a large good salad to start. I had pepper steak. Not as well done as requested, but I don't have very much German. Meat had not been hung long enough. Potatoe gratin served alongside was excellent. Wine list pretty good but I was a little tired after a 300 plus mile drive and could not concentrate in German!. Basic perhaps and probably good value as portion was quite large, but not that exciting.
