For impeccable, business-like response - Call on Sun Electric…read more I was at the mercy of two squabbling vendors, Xfinity & Litestream. The tech from Litestream told me that I must have an electrician drop another cable through the house so that I would have Xfinity's internet and Litestream's TV. Luckily, the tech from Xfinity was on site when Bob Bourque arrived to assess the situation and give his quote. Their conversation, and a Litestream service tech on the phone, led to the conclusion that one more Litestream visit may resolve the issues. Despite the disconnect in advice that I had from both Xfinity & Litestream, Bob, in contrast, was calm, practical, and gracious. He offered to return should the TV people's work fall short of running the needed inside cable. Bob clarified with a smile that Sun does not specialize in TV or internet, but he could return as needed. Thank goodness for that cool drink of water called Sun Electric competence. Sun's office was quick to make an appointment and to keep me posted on arrival time. Most of all, it's reassuring to know that I can call on a well seasoned master electrician when the going gets tough.

I had a small electrical problem and after calling the company, Bob, the owner called me back and walked me through the problem on the phone and I was able to resolve the problem without anyone coming out to the house and without incurring an expense. I could understand the owner doing this if I was a good customer but this was my FIRST call to the company. I will never use another electric company again. Bob and is firm is FIRST Rate. I trust them and so can you.

Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

I was able to book an appointment day and time that worked into my schedule. The day before I was about to confirm the appointment and I received a call from Brady to confirm appointment and also make sure that he understood what was needed for the workers to show up with the necessary fittings etc.. He said that the installers would be here between 8 and 8:30am which they were right on time. The two installers (DJ and Carlos) were very pleasant and friendly and got straight to work. They looked at the job that was needed and had a plan which was better than mine haha The install was very thorough and clean installation and the site was left very clean. The stove now works and the wife is happy so my life is happy as well. Great Job DJ and Carlos and thank you JTE Electric for a professional company to work with from the front office to the installers. JTE Electric will be my GoTo company when electrical issues are needing attention.
