I went to tour this place when we first moved here almost 2 years ago. Didn't even end up going inside because while waiting out front, I witnessed all the children sitting on the floor against the front counter waiting to be picked up by their parents. They all looked absolutely miserable and the staff kept pointing and waving hands with very mean faces (I couldn't hear but it looked like they were scolding/threatening). Then there was one parent that came in hot wanting to "discuss how their child was treated", another that told his son that he was never coming back as they were leaving and finally, a third parent that was 2 minutes late, got chewed out in front of her child and told that she "better pay the per minute late fee tonight or your child won't be let in tomorrow". This was all in a 10 minute time span, on a single, random day while I stood out front waiting. I cannot even imagine the rest of what goes on in that place. I left promptly and when she called me as a was driving away, I told her that the staff, kids and parents all seemed miserable and I would NEVER send my child to a place like that! If you already have a child there, I recommend pulling them and hitting the owner(s) where it'll really hurt.... The wallet.

We were called to a meeting, where the teacher started changing the story that our child was harming others. When we stated that the child in question had a history of bullying others and that we trusted our child in telling us what happened to him, the owner began screaming loudly at my husband. It was both shocking and appalling. Later that evening, we received an email that we were released from the school immediately. Two working parents concerned for the safety of their child to get yelled at and dropped with no other placement shows the character of the leadership. A year later and my son can still tell the story of the bullying events/location and no detailsils have changed, including that he went to his teachers for help and they did nothing while the little boy was chasing him and hitting him. Beware, as they care for more about their image than child safety.

We had our two daughters here, both from the time they were infants (now almost 3 and a little over 1). The owners, Director, and teachers were so invested in our girls. I loved that EVERYONE (really, no exceptions) knew my girls, gave high fives and hugs when they saw them in the hallway during drop off and pick up, and were truly invested in their growth, learning, comfort, and happiness. Any time we had a concern (which was rare) it was immediately addressed with thoughtfulness and respect. Mr. and Mrs. McCallister, Ms. Ground, and the teachers consistently communicate about events, how the girls were doing, etc. Everyone really gets into the events at the school too, down to dress up days and charitable activities.
