Their experience, professionalism, and expertise were evident from the very beginning. Bill was exceptional! He handled our situation with confidence, efficiency, and an incredible level of professionalism. What could have been a stressful and drawn-out experience was resolved quickly, with the matter dropped in no time. The peace of mind that comes from knowing you have an experienced, knowledgeable attorney in your corner is invaluable. Bill Frederick is truly a top-notch attorney, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for exceptional legal representation, look no further than Banks & Brower. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!

They charged us over 12,000 dollars to literally bear zero fruit in helping us in our case. Very misleading star reviews on Google. They charge you an excessive amount of money every time you text through their app or call on the phone past 6 minutes. They misinformed us about documentation, did not defend our position, never called back, and treated us poorly for questioning their actions. I highly recommend you find a different place to hire an attorney if you want someone to care about helping you defend your case. I have many words to discuss, but there is not enough time to break down every meticulous issue my family has had to endure and suffer due to this law firm.

Tara Cragen was ordered by the courts to be a guardian Ad Litum for my daughter. For months and…read moremonths I made over attempts through calls and emails to reach her to answer her questions that she sent me in one as a packet of information for me to fill out. I filled it out. I returned an and she emailed me back once stating that she had only received a portion of it so I sent it to her again. I never heard another word from her then when we went to court, she spoke only in favor of my ex-husband's and while I was asking her questions as I if she could show me proof of my lack of cooperation or any records in regarding my she said well I didn't bring I don't have any records to show. I asked her why not and she said I didn't feel that it was necessary. This was over three years ago I have since been trying to contact her through phone calls and emails and still have had no success today I spoke with the last law firm that she was employed with that I know of and that would be nice there in Martinsville funny thing they don't have from her guardian ad litem cases, and she is no longer employed there. I was sold by the very nice and very respectful receptionist that she would contact her bosses and see if they could provide me with any information as to what I was requesting in the meantime, has anyone else had this experience or anything similar to this with her?

Anyone looking for a great family law attorney needs to check out Nathan Hacker. This guy by far is…read morethe best. He is very detailed oriented, knows his stuff frontwards and backwards, and if you are anything like me and find yourself in this extremely difficult situation of fighting to remain an active father in your child's life you want someone who will give you a game plan. As long as you follow your attorney's advice and are honest with everything (even if you were wrong about something) he can formulate a game plan and be prepared for anything the opposing counsel will throw your way. Even when I was super nervous going into court and worried about certain things that would come up, including lies my ex was stating he assured me we had this under control. I've read some reviews about people complaining about the $100 consultation fee. Believe me, that is going to be the best $100 you ever spend. As knowledgeable as Nate and his team are, trust me, you are in excellent hands. You won't be leaving a ton of messages trying to get ahold of Nate or Sarah (his paralegal) either. I know people dread spending money when it comes to these things, but if you are going to spend it I cannot stress enough that this is where you need to go. I'm a dad who is very involved in his little girls life and when it came time to put some money on the books I never dreaded it because I knew they were working hard and not just creating things to bill you for. These guys are honest and will definitely fight for you. I think we all know how the system tends to favor the mothers, I don't think I would have gotten a better outcome with any other attorney out there. I was satisfied with how my 2 year battle ended and I think it was fair on both sides. Remember going into this, there will be times where you have to give and take with your ex, please just always keep your child's interest at the forefront of your dealings with them. Nate and his team will guide you and will definitely let you know to knock certain things off if you're in the wrong and trust me, that is EXACTLY what you want. If for any other reason I need an attorney for family law or anything else, based off of my experience I will certainly be calling them, and will refer anyone who needs the help to go to this firm.

She continuously assured me that opposing council was unresponsive when in actuality they were, but she never responded to their call or voicemail. She showed up late to court each time we went. She decided not to represent me the day before we had to go to court, and the only reason why she told me is because I emailed her (She had 30 days to let me know). She's very rude, she doesn't respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner if she returns them at all, and she has yet to return my retainer fee. I would not recommend her to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and find a good, honest attorney who won't be dishonest, take your money, then decide not to represent you the day before you have to go to court and not give you the 10-day withdrawal notice required.
