My mom SUFFERED for this entire year (2026) with right sided abdominal pain! My mother is not the type who runs to the doctor's office, so if she DOES GO, it's because something is REALLY REALLY WRONG AND PAINFUL!!!!!! She's been in and out of BRAVERMAN's OFFICE, in and out the emergency room, in and out for CT SCANS, MRIs, and she's had a procedure done that was "supposed" to help but it didn't. Every visit, ended with suggesting that my mother take TYLENOL for her pain!!!My mom (after my sister pushed and DEMANDED FURTHER TESTING) was FINALLY diagnosed with Cancer 2 1/2 weeks ago (not my Dr.Braverman of course) while in the ER, and NOW SHE's GONE!!!!! My mom is DEAD!!!!

Watched numerous people who checked in after me get seen, no big deal, happens all the time. I get called, get my weight taken, give a urine sample, and get taken to an exam room. I waited, and waited, nothing. At 12:40, I finally decided to find out why I am still waiting to be seen. I walk up front, the woman at the desk seems bothered when I mentioned that I had still not been seen. She checked with the PA, who they had scheduled me with, and she was still in with the previous patient. I informed her that I cannot wait all day, that I have to get back to work. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I told her no I'll find another doctor. This is not the first time I have been made to wait an unacceptable amount of time, when I arrive on time. They simply do not care about wasting your time. Their customer service is terrible and is obviously not a priority.

I figured of all people, she should know the best! Dr. Sheehan has been our primary care physician and we absolutely adore him. Not only is he knowledgable, but he also made my daughter feel comfortable at every stage of her development/growth. And, we all know how awkward going to the DR. can be for children. They often run late, something I've come to expect and embrace it as they don't rush you through the appointment. They ALWAYS give you ALL the time you and your child need. There have been times when Dr. Sheehan wasn't available and we've seen other Dr.'s in the practice, all of whom are equally qualified.
