This company has not only lied to me, but lead me on for what has become a 6 month ordeal, but now…read morehave decided to steal from me. The long-short of it is : I sent in a working nv scope (list price $1,599)that i had just purchased second hand for a minor repair at my expense. This was in October. As of 2 days ago, my scope is now missing at their location. As of the email this morning, they are telling me they are finished with our transaction and i will not be recieving my scope back. They will no longer answer my calls or emails even though i have been extremely cordial over these painful 6 months . Please think twice before doing business with this company. This is BY FAR the worst customer service i have seen from any company, much less the firearms community. I have waited this long to mention this to anyone with hopes that this would be made right, but it is now obvious that Sellmark corporation does not care about its customers. If anyone can help, or for whatever reason needs more info, i have email history proof if the entire 6 month ordeal. Maybe you should find another product with better company morals, and at the very least, better customer service.

I came to TechXperts with a problem connecting to wifi. I was receiving a yellow warning sign over…read moremy signal icon and my wifi would disconnect; when I would run troubleshoot I was told I was missing one or more internet protocols. I never mess with what I call "admin settings" because I'm an idiot when it comes to computers, so I was worried something was seriously wrong. TechXperts connected to my laptop remotely, which to me is pretty darn cool. Watching someone work their computer guru know-how from across the country made me feel like a kid watching a magic show. For him to do this, I had to download a program that would allow him to connect, which only took minutes. While he worked, he pulled up a notepad which allowed us to type back and forth and converse in real time (more magic!) He quickly found the problem, and even uploaded a free malware program for me. All in all, the whole process only took about an hour and my computer has been connecting to wifi without any hiccups since. I feel that I was charged an extremely fair price, because if I had gone to a repair shop I would have been charged $60 or more just for the guy to look at it. I highly recommend TechXperts to anyone needing quick, fast and easy tech support, no matter where you are in the country!
