Came home after a double shift to find water on my floor and my hot water heater came to it's…read moreexpiration date and needing replacement. Called DeHooghe and Viau and talked to Kathy and she told me that their repairman were close by on a job and would have them come by after they were finished. Started this whole process around 9:30 AM and was expecting to have them come by and tell me that they would have to replace and figured I would have to schedule an appointment and would probably have h of water again in a week or so. Kathy called me around noon and said they were on their way. Austin and Logan showed up and were very professional and told me that it would have to be replaced and would be back shortly with a new one from the shop! In about another two hours they had removed my old hot water heater and replaced it with a brand new one! By around 3:30 PM I had hot water and a load of stress and relief off my mind! Thanks to Kathy, Austin and Logan for a job well done! I would HIGHLY recommend this business!!

We contacted Halty's Plumbing (Chris Haelterman) in early May 2024 about replacing all of our frail PVC water lines. At the end of May he replaced the lines and shutoffs with PEX. Chris if very knowledgeable and we were happy with his work. My wife asked him if he does bathroom remodeling. He does and said he teams up with Jon Rockafellow who does flooring, walls, trim work with the material(s) of our choice. Chris put us on his list and in August him and Jon came over to go over the details of what a remodel would involve. They are very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and helpful in offering suggestions to help us in making decisions in regards to materials. We also wanted wall lights installed and Chris recommended Brook's Electric which we were good with as Brook's has done work for us in the past. So in early October they did the work. My wife got the bathroom of her dreams. It turned out nicer than we could have ever imagined. All the work done was quality work and done right. Called to get 2 faucets and a toilet replaced, well they installed the faucets and they leaked,…read more they used 1/2inch sharkbite couplers to connect the new faucets, they leaked 6 days and still leaking, the toilet they ordered came broken so they gave me a super tall toilet which is 3 inches from the wall I have to call another plumber to do it right, don't use them.
