The first person who answers doesn't identify himself but rather starts speaking as if he is the CPA and starts giving advice and information on whatever is asked. Since I was assuming I was speaking with the CPA, I used the information this man provided and it turned out to be totally wrong and confusing. Turns out that this guy is the officer manager & it appears that he likes to pretend he is knowledgeable about tax matters. When I asked to speak with the CPA about my tax return and my daughter's that needed amended, I was told he would call me. Never did! I called again & arranged a prearranged day & time frame. Never called during that time. Again I called and asked why. Was given the runaround & told that he would call me back the next day. I wasted 4 hrs trying to talk to the CPA. This is not the height of tax season. I found their service and response discourteous and the confusing information provided by someone who is not qualified to provide tax information.

I called about 3 computer repair service companies to try and get someone to please come out to my…read morehouse in north ridgeville and help me, I'm elderly and I can't just unplug my desktop computer to easily bring it into a shop, the first 2 places were either not willing or made it so difficult for what I was asking or simply didn't even call me back. So my third call was Computer Crisis in Avon and wow, picked up the phone right away, got me on the schedule later that evening. That alone spoke volumes. A guy named James came out, figured out what the problem was, unplugged everything for me and took it into their Avon storefront. I opted for the upgraded repair option because the computer was about 7 years old. He installed Windows 11 on it for me and got everything backed up and transferred for me. Had the computer back to me the following evening and showed me how to use the new operating system. 5 star service and now I got a new computer service company that's local to north ridgeville ohio. Not a lot of places out here and most of them are cell phone repair. Highly recommend!

Saturday September 18, I called about an item that appeared on my charge card from this store that…read moreI did not recognize. The woman who answered the phone (she does not deserve to be called a lady) could not have been ruder. Not only that, but it took three calls to get the phone answered. When she finally did answer, during the course of the conversation, she admitted to me it was a slow morning, which makes me wonder what she was doing that she couldn't answer the phone. In trying to get to the bottom of the matter, she became impatient and hung up on me. I called back 2 times, and she ignored my calls and did not answer. What she did say, is that she had several calls like mine that morning. I did get to the bottom of it and would have called her as a courtesy with an explanation so she would know as a help to other such callers and herself, but didn't bother. (Why should I?) AVOID THIS UPS STORE unless, of course, you don't mind or enjoy rude treatment.

He said "how can I charge them for telling me their problems? They're in a bad spot and they need help." Many of his clients were elderly, homebound. He would go to their homes when needed rather than making them find a way to come to his office. The last time he did this, he was in a horrible car accident, and was in a coma for months with a traumatic brain injury. It was hard for him to not return to practicing. He would say "but they need my help." When he passed away a few years later, I would find little places on Facebook where his obituary had been shared and the comments were all so great. He had helped so many people, and I want anyone who ever happens to stumble upon this to know what kind of man he was. He helped so many people through the worst times of their lives. I just couldn't let him sit here with no reviews when I know how beloved he was to his clients. Miss you so much, Dad.
