There was a mixup with my order. Noy exactly sure what happened. something got messed up online. They were not seeing my order. So I placed another one but expressed concern that I would be charged 2x and have 2 sets of flowers delivered. I was assured it wouldn't happen. Well it did. They immediately refunded my money for one and let me keep both. I use them often and highly recommend them. Even more so now for being a stand up company. Disappointed by the outcome of my order. I went into the store to place an order for a bouquet to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day. The woman helping me asked for my budget to which I said please keep it under $100. My only special request was cat-safe flowers (i.e. no lilies etc.). Otherwise I was going into this purchase fully blind on what the final product would look like. Thankfully the flowers were delivered just fine and on time. I am disappointed in the way that this bouquet was put together. It looks messy- like it was thrown together in a rush, and definitely not worth the $90 I spent on it. :( read more

I try to support local businesses and received a good recommendation about Allburn Florist, so I ordered Mother's Day flowers from them to be delivered to my Stepmom who lives in an assisted living facility in Erie. Their website is easy to use. They delivered the flowers on the day before Mother's Day and my Stepmom loved them. Unfortunately, by Monday morning they were wilted. I called Allburn to let them know and they were so apologetic and really wanted to make things right. They sent my Stepmom a fresh arrangement that she said was even prettier than the first one. I am quite fortunate that my loving husband surprises me with flowers a few times a year, he always tries to get my favorite, fuchsia roses. This year we were in Erie over our 27th anniversary, and when we arrived at the hotel, Allburn Florist had delivered the most gorgeous fuchsia roses I have ever seen...and I've seen a lot. 2 dozen of the largest & healthiest roses that opened spectacularly, with no drooping to be seen, even after a week. Every time I look at them, I am taken aback over just how breathtaking they are. It's been a rough year for everyone, I truly would have appreciated anything they could have put together. What you get is not what you pay for. Do not order from this florist. I Ordered an arrangement to be sent to a funeral home for the viewing the following day. The order was placed on Allburn's website. The first viewing was at 2:00. I was there at 1:55 and the flowers were already wilting. The arrangement was half the size as what was shown in the photos online. When I say half the size, I mean half as many flowers. Apparently they figure since the order came from an address that was 2 hours away, the person purchasing the flowers would have no idea what was delivered. Guess again. read more

I am beyond satisfied with Allburn for my wedding flowers. They were absolutely beautiful! When I had decided on the general "feel" of the wedding, I'd sat down with Melissa from Allburn to talk to her about it and see if we could achieve what I wanted to: create happiness in flower form! I wanted my girls to wear black dresses and then have all different color shoes, with the flowers being all the colors of the shoes. She was supportive and worked with me on budget so I could get the right colors without overpaying. It turned out absolutely perfect. It was a very warm but gloomy day outside when we did get married, but the flowers brought the joy I felt in my heart! They also did an arch for me at the ceremony which absolutely brought everything together. It was stunning! i just got off the phone with sara at allburn florists . i called to order an arrangement for my granddaughter that attends gannon university and just had knee surgery. i saw an arrangment on 1800-flowers not knowing if they were affiliated and found out they are not. i went ahead and ordered directly from allburn. she assured me they would be able to do the arrangement i saw online . the customer service over the phone was exceptional . i hope the arrangement when it arrives will be just as perfect as the service i was given. thank you sara for making this an easy experience. will let you know once delivered if allburn florist came through. just wanted you to know how professional and helpful sara was to deal with. thank you in advance . order will be delivered tuesday. audrey s. read more

When my mom was alive they delivered to her and now my husband for the last 3 years to Calvary Cemetery. To my knowledge and family's knowledge who still live up there the delivery was as promised and what I ordered. I ordered two bouquets on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. The photo I received of one bouquet looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered from Allburn's website. While I appreciate substitution may be necessary, I expect the design and the presentation should be consistent with what I selected from their website. There is a reason I selected a compact design. The arrangement delivered appeared to be a bouquet of flowers purchased at the local grocery store and plunked in a vase. For $55.99, plus tax and delivery, this professional service is extremely disappointing. I received no phone call to say that they needed to make changes to my order. I wish I could post the two photos for comparison. I hope I don't receive a photo of the bouquet sent to the hospital - one disappointment per order is enough. Update - I left a comment on Allburn's website and they did offer to remake/send the bouquet. Unfortunately, given the gravity of the situation, I did not want to add any additional commotion to the recipient's life. read more

Appears ALLBURN will Google the recipient's name and deliver the order to location convenient for ALLBURN. The reason they gave for delivering TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, we were too busy and behind. That is not my concern, I placed an order and provided a DELIVER address. ALLBURN didnt even think to call me and ask if there was a secondary address. I would not recommend this place for a wedding. I sent pictures for my bridal bouquet and it was not correct, wilted, and very small. It was so small it would have been dwarfed by my bridemaids bouquets. When my sister-in-law drove back to the shop on my wedding day while we were getting ready they charged her an extra $50 to fix their dead flowers!! She basically arranged them for me. She then had to rush back and get ready because she was also my bridesmaid. There was no applogy and we had to pay more money?! The worst part is that my mom contacted them twice by email telling them about the dissatisfaction and they never responded. If they had just appologized and not charged my sister-in-law more i wouldn't be writing this. A little goes a long way with cusomer service and i have told all my friends to go elsewhere for their weddings. I hope it was worth the cost for them. read more

She guided me through the process, I told her what flowers were desired, she verified they could do those flowers and arrangements. It was handled professionally, and the arrangements arrived as ordered and beautiful. We received several compliments on them.
