28.11.2016 I dropped my Iphone 6 yesterday while I took it out of its case because I wanted to…read moreclean (wipe) it. The back part of the phone was badly bent that I prepared myself of having the whole back part of it changed. I googled for any reliable iphone repair service and saw iDoc and all the positive reviews. So I went there today and explained to the guy what happened to my phone and what my options are. He kindly asked me to sit down first and he'll check if he can just 'straighten' the bent part without the need of changing anything. Voila! and my iphone is not bent anymore aside from the scratch due to the fall but otherwise all good. I asked him how much do I have to pay for this and he told me "nothing, there's no need as it was very easy thing to do, instead he asked me to write a review of my experience" and thus I'm doing it now. My experience of Austrian businesses in the past was if you're not a big bucks customer you don't count very much and you're not treated very kindly as a result. The opposite was true here. Also I received one of those little "getting the SIM card out of the iPhone" tools as a gift from the guy. Much appreciated! Store didn't seem super busy, it was a mid to late Friday afternoon.
