When I found out from my insurance that they would be paying & I didn't have to pay upfront she refused to issue credit. The crown that the dentist did came loose. I called for an appointment for dentist to cement the loose crown & they refused to take me as a patient & told me to go elsewhere. I feel it's not good care, when a patient is treated this way. Please do yourself a favor and find a dentist who cares & corrects his work when it's not done properly.

From the minute I walked in, I was immediately in a better mood because it looks like an incredibly fun place to be. They have a huge spaceship up front, lots of cool stuff to look at and play on, and even cool stars on the ceiling! More importantly, every single member of the staff I encountered, front office to back, including the doctor, was incredibly kind and gentle with my 2 year old. She is not an easy patient to say the least, and she walked out remarkably happier than she was when she first sat down on my lap in the chair. I also thought it was really sweet that they took a Polaroid of my daughter's first appointment and gave it to me to keep as memory with a magnet that says my first dentist appointment with their info and a cutout to put the Polaroid in. That was so thoughtful, and as someone who takes tons of Polaroids at every big event (Xmas, bdays, etc) I *really* appreciated this gesture. The level of care and compassion I saw today is unmatched by any other medical practice I've been to. Every kid I saw walking out had a smile on their face and goodie bags. Maybe that's not the usual, but I was really impressed.

The receptionist was rude and inconsiderate. Children crack teeth all the time, they have accidents, etc and we can't believe a pediatric dentistry would react this way to what ended up being serious damage that required an immediate extraction. We couldn't believe how we were treated and will not be returning. Luckily another pediatric dentist was kind and even offered to stay open if we couldn't get there within their open hours. Find yourself a different place.

The waiting room is already an experience, with popcorn and a mini movie theater while you're waiting. Every room is themed to a certain movie or character which is immediately inviting. When the kid is reclined in the dental chair, they have direct view of whatever show they request as a "distraction" and their flavors for brushing come off a "menu" with yummy sweet treat or fruit flavors that don't seem so scary. The hygienists and dentists have all been very informative, patient, and kind, for cleanings and xrays but also when we had an emergency appt with a trauma to a front tooth from an accident. My daughter's favorite part is the balloon at the end and (we just started participating in it) the no cavity bell is really cute and fun.. I think between the movie theater and the balloon there's no dread or complaints when we mention she has a dental appt which is shocking since I know plenty of adults who complain! Whenever we get to billing I'm always a little confused about the breakdown but they usually answer questions to help clarify. Thank you for great service with our littles!

I mean, they're always really nice and courteous on the phone when I call to tell them my son has arrived for his appointment. If you think about it, the first person a patient/parent meets is the receptionist so they can make or break the mood of the appointment. No worries here ... receptionists are SUPERB and a pleasure to deal with. My son's appointment today was with Dr. Ari, his orthodontist. Dr. Ari has always been very open and honest with what needs to be done and what can wait to be done at a later time. He is very reassuring whenever I've had questions about when my son would need to get his braces in. My son actually had his braces put in the month before the pandemic began ... but Dr. Ari never skipped a beat. I got monthly calls to see how things were going and Dr. Ari even FaceTimed my son a couple of times to do virtual appointments to check on how his braces were coming along. Obviously during the period while the office was closed, things were hard but once the office decided to open back up, I got a call requesting to make an appt (if I felt comfortable enough ... which I was) for my son to go in and see Dr. Ari in person. I always recommend Dr. Charlie and Dr. Ari to anyone looking for a top-notch pediatric dentist and/or pediatric orthodontist.
