Fortunately, when Dean was close to retirement ( age 76) he decided to sell his equipment and recipes to another generation of Bratwurst makers. Unfortunately no one from Bucyrus picked up the torch and Southland drive thru closed. I was fortunate enough to find this article on the internet prior to coming back home to Bucyrus last week for a yearly visit.
