Every week night from 5-6 the gym is packed, to the point the parking lot is full and you have to park in the dirt lot near the trail. I'm used to this at other gyms I went to, but it was my first time experiencing a locker room legitimately running out of lockers. That was crazy to me and you would think for the price they would have facilities to accommodate their members? They also make promises when you sign up that they do not intend to follow through on. When I signed up the sales man told me they would deduct the cost of my old gym membership from the next month's payment. This did not occur and I sent all the necessary documents to the guys so now I'm waiting on a ticket to go through to a manager one of the front desk staff submitted. To sum it, this gym is not worth the price. If they were around the 100/month range I may have changed my rating, but to have had these types of issues paying over 200 a month for a gym is ridiculous.

(So sad) Jack's Place is such an awesome playground! The recommended age range is 5-12. Plenty of field and a couple of picnic tables. I don't recommend eating there based on our experience yesterday. We were invaded by what looked like fruit flies times 1,000. It literally rained bugs on us at the picnic table within one minute of sitting down so we booked it out of there and ate down the street another playground before returning. There are a few different activities for the kids, some the same as the location in Penfield such as the sand pit (here it's rubber), the big standup spinner, and the signature dinosaurs. Plenty to keep the kids happy. My kids loved it here!
