We were assigned Reena and Roderick as our main photographer and videographer, and Ben and Tuck as the secondary photographer and videographer. They gave such clear direction to ensure the photos came out the way we wanted. All 4 of them were respectful, professional and very accommodating. We had an extensive list of photo combinations we wanted with the bridal party, our parents, wedding sponsors, and extended family and the Dean Michaels team managed to capture every single moment. I'd ask Reena last minute if we could take pictures at different locations and she would be so accommodating and the photos came out perfect. We are so glad we went with Dean Michaels. It's always tough picking through hundreds of wedding photo companies but my wife and I really liked the style of Dean Michaels which provided a good mix of dramatic and traditional photos without being too over the top. The conversation went dead with me wondering if you would ever get back to me, considering your replies were so consistently slow (with an apology each time). The point is, I could have moved on instead of waiting for your response. As someone who books projects, surely you can relate to that. This is the first time I'm hearing that you decided it was not one of the projects which you accept. You could have just sent an email to that effect. You didn't respond at all, after initiating a conversation. I personally find the "ghosting" unprofessional and I came here to say it. Here is what I said again: "Then if she doesn't want the work, she just goes silent. I'm still waiting for any response from over a month ago."
