We went back again with my partner and parents. This time no complaints. Food was great. Drinks were great. We weren't forgotten or stalled. Overall glad we keep coming back. One suggestion. Eggs Benedict.

A little pricey but good food! The service was great! Different food for sure but I'm not sure we would go back. Neat experience!

Huge Portions! Chill and friendly staff. The inside decor is awesome & great music to jam out to while you eat! Get the cinnamon roll! They sell out! HUGE - easy to share with whole family.

NOT what we were expecting! We were totally thinking "jam" as in "jelly" -- NOPE! This is "jam" as in "Ooh! This my jam!" Walked in to Ja Rule "Living It Up" ... already a plus! Food was excellent! Brandon made sure our potatoes were extra crispy, I had a vanilla pump in my coffee, and that we were well taken care of. 2 root beers 1 coffee w/vanilla pump and cream Yo Home to Bel Air +queso California Love All Eyes On Me $61 not including tip Bathroom was decent. No hook to hang my purse but I was able to hang it on the door jam. Walked out to "Regulators" ... pumped up my mood for the day!! Overall: MUST GO!!! Prices were decent. Atmosphere was amazing. Service was fast and efficient.

This place was super neat! There was a minimal wait time as I was a single diner. Recommendation on solo travels, ask for the bar. The food was delicious and loved the atmosphere. P.s. the pancakes are huge, so order accordingly

Great atmosphere, with a hip vibe. Nice variety of items on menu. Fun descriptions...all that to say the Food was fine. Avocado toast, rather small portion and no sides for $13. Potatoes were lukewarm at best. However, the breakfast Burrito (Rump Shaker) was delicious. This was a Friday morning with a busy restaurant

I had 2 eggs over medium, seasoned potatoes, bacon and whole wheat toast. My daughter had French toast. The time was 10:30 am and the place was about 45% capacity. Our order was brought to us in less than 5 minutes. Obviously, the food is precooked and in a warm plate. My food was served at the tail end of keeping. The seasoned potatoes were not warm and looked over-nuked. The eggs were the only thing fresh. The bacon was decent and warmish. The toast was not warm enough to melt the butter I put on it. The server was polite and attentive. He did however say that my meal would be plentiful, it wasn't. I ordered a side of seasoned potatoes when my meal arrived. It arrived in less than 2 minutes, again not warm and looked over microwaved (wrinkled up). My daughter said her French toast was fluffy and delicious. She was impressed with the cool whip on the side, said it was yummy. We had water for drinks. The total was almost $34. Fairly priced if the potatoes would have been freshly cooked. I left a $5 courteous tip for the server. The ambiance was nice and casual. I would definitely go back for a glass of ice water. It tasted amazing and refreshing. Over all, small portions and lack of freshness. Time it right and maybe you can get it fresh.

Growing up in Texas one gets used to flavorful and sausage seasoned Biscuits & Gravy. My portion of this entree was deliciously seasoned, but light on the sausage which to me were only pin size droplets. I fixed that by ordering a sausage link to entice the gravy, wait staff was gracious and very helpful in assisting me with what to order. Music that catered to the Gen Z group played in the background while customers enjoyed their well portioned entrees. The atmosphere is very trendy with a very creative menu that allows you to relax on their well worn furnishings.

Only a glimpse of the art work inside. We sat outdoors, but I literally LOVE the decor.

Eggs & Jam did that! An ode to hip hop with the food/drink titles & ambiance. Reading through the menu was such a joy. It's not black owned but clearly we are the blueprint I had one of the Bad Boy Biscuits (which our excellent server highly recommended)-- The P Diddy: bacon, cheddar, fried egg, and avocado, smothered with gravy. Added a side potatoes because you already know. Every single artery is clogged, but it was delicious! If you're ever in the Des Moines area, this is a must!

Our waiter was so friendly and great. The food was absolutely delicious and for a great price! You will definitely have leftovers and the 90s music in the background is a vibe.

Great time at Eggs and Jam!

Amazing food, ambiance, and service. Food was impressive, staff was friendly, service was quick. What a great breakfast and brunch spot! I love the murals and decor.

We saw there were a few table so we decided to try it with the intention to be quick. Boy am I glad we did! Started with the sunrise juice, a carrot juice blend and the homemade strawberry lemonade both were so fresh and delicious. We tried the brown sugar and cinnamon pop tart and that was heaven in my mouth. So much flavor and goodness. I ordered the limoncello French toast and it is a slice of fresh baked lemon bread made into French toast. The flavors were rich and the texture was fluffy. A must try while it's in season. Others got the turkey and avocado Benedict and the pancakes with eggs and bacon. All cooked to perfection. Our server Jess was so nice and we did tip her well for being so last minute, but to our credit we were out of there at 6 mins after closing while everyone was still working to close up. Service is usually stellar and the location is fairly convenient with lots of parking (in the back too!) My only complaint is that my friend I go to the restaurant with who is in a wheelchair due to mobility issues has to park in back and roll all the way around the building. Its fine on a nice day, but sucks if its extra warm or super cold. I know this isnt the fault of the restaurant, but the building owners . The ambiqnce is fine, if its busy it get a little louder than I'd like. Maybe some strategically placed sound dampening tiles? The host worked to get everyone seated as quickly as he could. A server was at the table almost immediately for our drink order, and they were served in no time. There is quite a selection of breakfast and lunch items to choose from, and I settled on The Classic. I really liked the option for a small cake instead of toast, and I enjoyed that tremendously! The ham steak was thick, juicy, and flavorful, and the eggs were scrambled perfectly. The hash browns were a little bland, and I would rather have had an option for breakfast potatoes instead. But the meal was good and reasonably priced for the portions. For those who like coffee, there is a wide selection of options. The place is cozy inside with warm colors and all of the workers were extremely friendly in their interactions with customer. I felt very welcome and the table was well taken care of throughout the meal. The restaurant itself is nestled in a strip mall off the main street, so it isn't something I would know was there if I were just driving by. But now that I know it is here, I will definitely make a return trip to try additional items on the menu that caught my attention (I'm looking at you apple and blueberry bread, cinnamon rolls, and crake!)

If you love eggs, a breakfast meat, and home style potatoes, this is your place. Nothing fancy but good if you want a tried and true breakfast. Because it's a little smaller, you feel a little rushed to eat and get out so others can enjoy a breakfast as well. What was a little odd was that it seamed that the staff uniforms were scrub tops, like those they wear in the medical field. I think if they had an option to wear what they want to, they might be more comfortable. Either way, the service was so polite and so efficient! You will have to try it out for yourself if this is the restaurant for you.

We've driven by this place and talked about stopping for food before and my wife had been there with co-workers after work one day, but this was our first stop for food. A clean, modern storefront greets you (see picture) and with plenty of televisions and a nice patio, it looks to be a hopping place once the temperatures warm up a little. While our server was a little hard to find at times, we both found our food to be quite good. My wife ordered the Nacho Burrito Meal (see picture) and I opted for the Honey Citrus salad (see picture). As is our custom, we shared samples of each of our meals and both of us found both choices to be worthy of ordering again. I really liked the clean, crisp and fresh salad with a delicious tangy dressing and the Burrito was tasty inside and out (loved the creamy, cheesy sauce). If you are looking for a great stop for Sunday morning brunch (possibly after some shopping at Sam's Club just across the interstate to the North), you won't go wrong here! We were greeted and asked if we were dining in (it appears they do a brisk takeout business) and were told to sit where we wanted. It was surprisingly crowded for a Sunday afternoon at 4 pm. The menu is extensive and hubby and I both like Mediterranean food. I chose the Falafel plate, served with five falafel balls, hummus, a pita, and Greek salad. The portion was generous (ended up taking two falafel home). Served with tahini and their house green sauce (olive oil, cilantro, and jalapeño) It wasn't spicy but it was so delicious - I could get addicted to this thinking of all the other ways so could enjoy it!! The Greek salad was served with house dressing - garlic and yogurt, also very good. The falafel was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and flavorful. The hummus was not at all grainy - smooth but just a tad bland. Hubby had the lamb skewers and liked them very much. Served with rice, salad, and hummus. He also took one of the skewers home. We both had the mango Fresca juice. A bit too sweet for me but I generally drink unsweetened beverages. Hubby liked it a lot. Service was friendly and we were checked on twice to ask how we liked our food.
