I have epilepsy and lose time/things I do and had bought twice. I bought through a third party and thought it was them I was dealing with. I yelled at poor Sophie in my email. To only have to send her an apology. Even through all of that when most repersintives would be vindictive or give up on helping you Sophie stuck with and was not fazed. She did her best and rolled with the punches. Do to Sophie (the only one I have dealt with) I would not go anywhere else I know a lot of people say give a raise. I know that will not happen but I highly suggest you promote her so she can pass these values onto your current and future employees.

So I'm living with my sister and playing part-time (sometimes full-time) nanny to my baby nephew…read more When my sister was pregnant, we attended some pre-natal classes together just so I could be aware of the whole process and be there for her if anything came up. The pre-natal classes at Mother's Touch are small, intimate classes, and last around 4 hours. We went to three classes together, and by the end of it, I think we can both agree that we felt very confident about pregnancy and the roles the mother, father, and helpers have to play. The classes covered the practical aspect of the birth day, labour and pregnancy, and post-pregnancy. For me, as the non-pregnant participant, I thought the classes were just as helpful because the counsellor finds a clear 'Birth Guardian' role for the males/partners. That is: their role is to prevent other people from coming in and interrupting the mother's process during the labour. Liz is the main point of contact, the owner of Mother's Touch, and is really friendly. She used to be a nurse for caesarian sections, then a midwife, then a pharmacy sales representative before considering holistic medicines. Therefore, she knows the technical, medical, and homeopathic angles of pregnancy. You're in safe hands here! Liz was also the first person to bring British-accredited placenta encapsulation to Hong Kong, which my sister eventually did.
