I like the ambience and set up of the restaurant, it has a happy-go-lucky diner feel to it. I have two favourite dishes there and on both occasions they have been absolutely delicious - the California omelet which is packed with chicken & avocados and a nice side of salsa & sour cream and the Nellie's Oven Melt where you get to choose either tuna, chicken, eggs, or crab. I decided to choose chicken with a side house salad and it was a perfect amount of food for a great brunch. If you're willing to pay a few bucks for a good breakfast/brunch this location has it going on.

Ordered a hashbrown omelette where the description in the menu reads; "Choice of bacon, sausage or…read moreham combined with eggs, cheese and veggies on a bed of Nellie's famous hash browns and baked in the oven. Think breakfast pizza!". I chose sausage to be in the omelette. Order arrived and as I was eating, I started wondering whether there was even any sausage in the omelette. I did eventually find about 5-7 tiny bits of finely chopped sausage after looking carefully at what I was eating, I guess it was about a third or less of an actual sausage that they put in there? Look at the photo of the omelette and you'll know what I mean. Would describe the composition of ingredients in the omelette as 70% hasbrown - which was actually just diced potatoes, not finely chopped or grated, 25% - veggies (think green peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms) and finally 5% sausage. Obviously as I wasn't too impressed with the meal I decided to pay and leave - no tip. The guy at the counter (only guy there who was serving, taking orders and manning the register) didn't seem too happy and didn't even bother returning a greeting back when I said "Thank you" as I left. To be honest, I think there are better options around the area and for a better price. I highly wouldn't recommend patronizing this place unless you really have no options. The menu is fancy and very descriptive and draws you in to try something out but that's all it is - a fancy looking and sounding menu. The food served does not live up to the description at all. Definitely my first and last meal at this place.

The menu had good breakfast options. I opted for the Seoul-wich with an Arnold Palmer to drink. My bro had the Bro's breakfast with a Bro'kin coffee blend to drink. Both dishes looked great. The Seol-wich was really tasty and a good size. My bro said he enjoyed his meal. Our server Rachel was friendly and attentive. All staff were great. I definitely will come back and try other menu items.
