I asked them to move their car and park properly and was met with an attitude from the girl that was uncalled for. She also aggressively followed me to my front door demanding my phone number. Not recommended due to aggressive nature toward people.

I rate JAPCO Pest Control a 10 out of 10 score. My country home was under siege by ants of all…read moretypes. Especially extremely harmful Carpenter Ants. We tried large quantities of most consumer grade products available from retailers like Home Depot and spent a fortune on them. More than the flat fee I paid JAPCO. Right from the first call I made to JAPCO staff and every dealing with their Technical Experts we were impressed with their knowledge and execution was top notch. Our situation was very serious and most concerning as they breached the foundation and ran rampant throughout the house. James and Mike, the Technical Experts were very personable and knew their stuff. With the shear number of Carpenter Ants it took a few applications but it is now one week since the last application and we haven't seen a sign of these damaging insects. I called JAPCO on 3 occasions to schedule visits and JPACO worked the appointments into my schedule. With the one year warranty I can sleep at night knowing they have my property and best interests in mind. There was no nickel and diming like some of their competitors as they worked on a flat fee. You do not want to mess with these destructive Carpenters Ants. Save yourself the worry and have peace of mind. Bob in Foothills AB., (Priddis)
