Friendly service and fair rates of exchange on more than 70 world currencies! My girlfriend and I wanted to exchange various currencies and were thrown off by a different review that said this location only exchanges 2 currencies. We called and confirmed that they offer much more than that. Pat was very clear about the process and triple checked every step along the way. Would give 0 stars as they only deal with American and Canadian currency exchange!!! I wasted my time stopping to exchange some currency I had to find out you can't exchange it unless it's US or Canadian. read more

I don't normally write many reviews, however, this is an exception, and so is Pat at EFX Exchange on Buckley Rd in Liverpool. I've now done 3 transactions with Pat, who is a "one-man" show at this location, and handles everything like a pro. She's been wonderful to work with.......very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She even stayed late to meet with me after hours due to my work schedule.
