The patio grade was wrongly done that has now led to water flooding our patio every time it rains, affecting the foundation -- this issue was only raised to us after the project was done. And the sprinkler broke the very first season we tried to turn it back on after being installed, and when we reached out to them to assist, DetailCrews said it's an issue of whoever winterized it ... DetailCrews had to come back and fix the system after company that winterized it couldn't fully blow it out because DetailCrews installed the part backwards! They were literally the last ones to touch the system last winter, and it still broke. They have done nothing to rectify this two major issues, and are also lying in their responses to these reviews saying that they warned us of the risks. I absolutely do not recommend this company and would caution against anyone using them for landscaping services.
