I first arrived to Mattoon and asked for them to pick up me at the Amtrak station. The gentleman told me someone should be there in less than 3 minutes. An hour later, my ride arrived. Using them the second time was even worse! I called ahead of time to arrange for a pick up. The woman arrived promptly (I'll give her that) BUT she went and picked up another customer. Mind you I didn't sign up for a shared ride. On their website it also doesn't list that about sharing a ride whether we are all going to the same destination or not. After that we start to make our way to the amtrak and then BOOM she turns around and picks up two more individuals. I thought I was going to miss my train. What really rubbed me the wrong way is the fact that with the shared ride I still had to pay full price; even though it wasn't disclosed with me that I was sharing a ride in the first place. The woman even texted one of the riders customer on accident stating "that was wild." Very inappropriate and unprofessional company
