I called Mike Mason because my husband broke the interior guts of our toilet while attempting to…read morefix a loose handle. He came out quickly and replaced everything for $295. Is that expensive? I have no idea, but the toilet is working fine now. While he was here for the toilet repair I had Mike give me a quote for a water-powered sump-pump backup. I was prepared to pay whatever the cost and have no idea (again) if the $1750 I paid for it was "a good price," but the job is done and the peace of mind I now have is worth the cost of installation. Mike is fast to respond, local, and follows-through on his promises. All the work was done promptly and I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again in the future.

Later, the office staff called me, acted incredibly rude, and threatened financial penalties. Now, they are sending predatory, inflated bills to a completely different address trying to force us to pay for a service that never happened. On top of that, ever since I gave them my contact info, I have been targeted by 10 to 15 spam calls and texts EVERY SINGLE DAY. They clearly sold or leaked my phone number. Absolute scam. It was nothing but God that sent me in my basement to see my boiler was flaming from underneath…read more Usually there's a glow but this was different the flames were coming outside of the boiler, the parts and chute was covered in soot. I immediately called the gas company and they came and shut off the gas line. It's the dead of the winter and now I have no heat. I didn't know where to begin. I checked the internet but nothing jumped out at me. I went on yelp and began reading reviews and I ran across Lawrence heating & air. I called spoke to a woman who was very pleasant and told me a tech could come out to assess the boiler to see if it was still usable. Joe came and he looked at it and said it it's a hazard. With all the rust and corrosion and not to mention whatever was on fire. He said it needed replacing. He talked to me about the options and stated I would get an email from the owner of my options. 30 mins later the email was there and everything was included. All the info I needed to know about the unit, specs, warranty, parts/tubing for replacement, price. It was a proposal. I reached out to Lawrence with my questions and he answered right away. I also stated my elderly dad lives with me and elderly need service as soon as possible. That was no problem. He sent me payment options as well. Once I accepted the proposal and date was locked in and they techs came the next day on time. Randy showed up first, then Joe & Chaly. They immediately put down floor draping and loaded all of the supplies , pipes , boiler, etc. They opened all the radiators starting at the top. All of them were pleasant and very Knowledgeable about their job. Any questions I asked Randy explained. They cleaned up behind themselves and made sure everything was put back in place. Once they were done Randy told me about my new unit and what was removed and put in. This company made the entire stressful event so much more easier, like a weight had been lifted. My house is warm and cozy thanks to everyone involved .. Great teamwork ! I would definitely recommend !!! Thank you so much to everyone that played a part in getting me back up in running !!

I saw this service off of Yelp, and decided to try them out for requesting an estimate. When I…read morefirst made an appointment, the person was going to be late and my schedule was jam packed. I ended up deciding to cancel that appointment and made another one. On my second request, I initially said "any time on a particular Friday." They gave me a range of 9-11 AM on a Sat and I asked if they could come in at 9 AM and they said yes. They ended up coming in right before 11 AM. So, I can understand that I needed to try to pick a time interval to be available rather than a time, okay. I gave them some stars for working with me and being professional for the in-person estimate itself. I was then told that I would receive an estimate over the phone in the same day some hours later. I requested by e-mail instead and was told that this was fine. During a time period of two weeks and two days after that, I had made three phone calls. I left voice mails twice and got through one time, the 2nd time I believe. I was told that the estimate was mixed up with something else and that it would be coming out. I'm not sure if they want to work with me or not, but at least it would be nice to let me know that instead of running me around. For potentially big jobs, my reasonable concern of not being able to receive an estimate by e-mail (or snail mail physical copy) makes me feel like there would be a he-said-she-said dynamic if I went for this. For smaller jobs, it isn't such a big loss and they seem like they do good work from the other reviews and my interaction with the attendant during the estimate. They may not be the most pronounced with their words, but I was willing to consider them with the other good reviews and them being local to me. With the lack of an estimate by e-mail, it made me wonder if the company or someone in the company has a PA license number. I would like to presume yes, but I couldn't find one personally based on company name. I know the search engine isn't the best if you don't have the actual license number to look up. If there are any updates/changes to this review or if it's proper for me to write another review as I can't update this one after about a month, then I will do so. I've strongly considered and tried to rate my experience as fairly as possible, and I really feel that Sunny's services could've done much better with their interactions in working with me after the estimate was completed.
