Monica was an excellent rep for Pacific Senior Care. She was quick to reply, efficient and was available by text, call or email. Their rates are reasonable and they seem to do a great job at vetting out their caregivers. We needed them on short notice and unfortunately they didn't have anyone available in a 48-hour window, however, Monica went above and beyond, found a different company and put me in touch with them! She really cares. She put my father's needs first and I can guarantee I will recommend her and Pacific Senior Care in the future. We will also be using them in the future as my father mostly needs weekend assistance.

Moving to Tatyana's facility was like a fresh breath of air. Here my uncle is being cared for by professional staff and great RTs, RNs and LVNs. I'm sure he'll finally start recovering here as this place is friendly and comfortable for him where the patient's needs are met 24/7. I'm not sure how the previous review ended up here with so much hatefulness as we have seen only kindness and helpfulness all the way from Tatyana. She didn't hesitate to pick up her phone and work for us on a weekend and proved her promise to us to always be available for her patients 24/7. By far, I'm really really happy to meet a person who really cares.
