I called several AC companies and none got back to me…read more These folks got back to me within the same day, and sent someone to inspect the attic within 24 hours. They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM. He was there at 9:01AM. He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair. They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible. Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better.

Air Duct Aseptics advertises exceptional credentials and qualifications for their crew but we have…read morebeen disappointed with the overall quality of their work, the communication to the us/the customer, the management of the project and the prices. They were called to do a mold remediation and air duct cleaning. However, the owners of the company sent out sub-contractors without managing the end result of their work. When the crew came in the first day we asked them to use Ram Board protection paper on the floors that we had bought. They said that it would be ok and not to worry because the job would not cause any damage. They used some transparent plastic covers of their own but poorly laid out and this resulted in damaging the finish of the floor in several places. After a lot of back and forth they offered to find a technician to redo the finishing of the floors which was again done poorly to the degree that we wished to have kept the floor without repairing the finish damage. We ended up with a floor that is half shiny and half matte because the treatment of the floors was done in patches. The contractor they employed for the air-condition cleaning was the same one that repaired the drywall that had to come down and get replaced because of a mold issue. They definitely did not have the required skills to do drywalls because the end result was messy and rough. Besides these big problems everyday was a struggle to keep up with the lack of professionalism and thorough work that this project requires. We had to explicitly ask for refinements all along. On top of all that they overcharge every single part that was needed. As an example we asked to add ultra violet lights in the coil and they charged them $450 each and we found them in different stores for less than $200. I wound never recommend their services to anyone.

I immediately remembered using A+ years ago and being so impressed with their knowledge and honesty. My husband called & left a message (it was a Sunday afternoon). We were concerned about being without air because the outside temperatures were in the upper 90's. We got a return call within the hour and they said they could come out the next day around noon. When the tech, Louis, arrived he began inspecting the unit and discovered what might be the reason it wasn't cooling, as well as what was causing the smell.
