I told them the frequency (every two weeks) and the hours (anytime in the afternoon) and also mentioned they needed to have more than one person come to clean. They had many times when they changed the time of day to the mornings. I let this happen one time but after that I had to turn them away. My house is 3,600 sq feet. There were three times they sent only one person to clean my home and although the cleaner each time did their best, each time they were unable to finish the job after 3.5 hours and had to leave. I still had to pay the same amount. The last time they were at my house they had a single cleaner and she broke my electric blanket which was more than the price I would pay to have the house cleaned. I called several times to speak to a manager or someone who could help me settle the issue but no one has called me back after 10 days. I will no longer work with them. I think they recently changed management, they used to be better than this.
