We called Arnold's Construction and RC came out the next day, no charge. His estimate was reasonable, so we went with him. Some of the wallpaper had been damaged so - obviously - we needed to take all of it down. The vanity and the floor had been damaged and needed to be replaced. RC provided paint and flooring samples. We bought a vanity at Menards. RC and his crew did all the work with no hassle to us. The workmanship was perfect, and they left everything clean. Easy to do business with and excellent work.

We bought a "fixer upper" last December. Before even buying, our inspector saw that the sill,…read morefloor joist and floor boards were rotten. Ziggy was the only contractor that would even come to give me an estimate for fixing this problem. After purchasing the house, we hired Ziggy to do the repair work. The work is rock solid! After that, we hired Ziggy to install a larger window in the garage. Later, we had an emergency when the siding company removed aluminum surround from two supporting balcony columns and discovered the columns to be so rotten they didn't touch the ground and crumbled upon touch. Ziggy came out the same day to replace those supports (roughly 25 ft in length, each), so the siding work could continue on schedule. His pricing has always been fair and reasonable. We have other work for him as our funds will allow. We highly recommend.
