I could definitely tell a difference from the IV pretty quick and even more so by the next day. My mouth was dry, lips chapped and nose felt dry, but after the IV all that was gone and I felt way better. Since then, I've used the service several times and every time has been great. Tara has been the nurse that's always done my treatments and is very friendly and caring and does a great job. I'm a business owner and very busy with a crazy schedule so it's hard to plan in advance. I've been able to schedule same day appointments every time I've tried to with this company (usually just within a matter of hours). I checked on the progress of my bag a couple of times and noticed when it was almost done. I kept thinking that someone would come check in but after 45 minutes...still no one. My bag was empty and I continued to wait and enjoy the quiet time. But I guess too much time passed because several minutes later, I looked down at the IV in my arm and the tube was filing up with blood. Feeling slightly panicked, (not knowing if this was supposed to happen) I unhooked my IV bag and brought it to the front desk. She was on the phone but looked surprised when I came out with a blood filled IV. She quickly turned the dial and assured me the nurse would come see me soon. A few more minutes passed and the nurse finally came in. She said she promised this was normal and apologized for the wait as she got caught up with the other patients.
