The quality of the framing is well worth it, particularly when I have put loads of hours in sewing the cross stitch. I also like to browse the pictures that are sold here and they can range from typical Lake District views to cute Dog pictures. The prices can vary aswell from a few pounds to well over a hundred. I really like the printed pencil sketched cards of all the different types of dog breeds and find them great for friends' birthday cards and also very cheap at £1.20.

This was not just down to the quality of the product it was a local established firm that also prides itself on its excellent customer service. Once we decided what we wanted the guys fitted our door in no time. There were two of them and they had a great system going. They really worked well as a team which must be important in this business. Our front door is great and we have had no problems with it. We also went on to get new windows and the service we received yet again was second to none.

I found the staff here to be very rude!…read more Before I actually moved to Carlisle I was here just visiting one time. My husband had an appointment upstairs. I was not allowed to go with him so I stood near the window downstairs waiting for him to come back. A woman working there told me it wasn't a waiting room and kicked me out to stand in the rain for 45 minutes! Once I did move here I had an appointment to get my national insurance number. I showed up on time for my appointment, taking time off from work to do so, and was told that the person I was to meet with called in sick that day and no one else could see me. A phone call really would have been appreciated.

I have on accasion had experience with them losing paperwork which wasn't good. On the whole though it has been ok and it's easy to use the jobsearch computers and then you can ring a vacancy to find out more which is great.
