I was not allowed to go with him so I stood near the window downstairs waiting for him to come back. A woman working there told me it wasn't a waiting room and kicked me out to stand in the rain for 45 minutes! Once I did move here I had an appointment to get my national insurance number. I showed up on time for my appointment, taking time off from work to do so, and was told that the person I was to meet with called in sick that day and no one else could see me. A phone call really would have been appreciated.

I have on accasion had experience with them losing paperwork which wasn't good. On the whole though it has been ok and it's easy to use the jobsearch computers and then you can ring a vacancy to find out more which is great.
