We used Edwin to both buy our new home and sell our existing condo. Edwin was great for both transactions. On the buying side, he was never pushy, always went with what my husband and I wanted to do, but still provided his own recommendations as he saw fit for our consideration. Edwin was VERY efficient and we were seeing "eye to eye" with our expectations and price point. In total, we viewed about 20 homes without any kind of pressure. Actually, it was the contrary -- he talked us out of buying a Placentia home that was priced at $750,000, he knew ir was overpriced for what it had. This home wound up actually selling for $670,000, great call on Edwin's part and saved us from making a huge mistake. The first offer we made with him was on a short sale listing that seemed "too good to be true". Edwin helped us take a stab at it while keeping our risk at a minimum. He mentioned that there were some red flags in the sale and it likely wouldn't happen. The bank ended up not cooperating, but we were spared any kind of inspection and appraisal fees. This review is long overdue...but as with many, life is beyond super busy. Being a teacher, a mother of 3 kids with extremely hectic school/extra-curricular schedules, and a costume manager at a local dance studio, life doesn't give me much time to come up for air. Cue Edwin... When we started to research high schools for our eldest child, we realized that our local high school was not the best fit for our daughter's needs and goals.
