( Only after we decide not to get the Home than we bacame Clients and not that friendly self. I thought he was different from his TEAM, BOOM BOOM ROOM). To be fair with CareFreeHomes you need to be there with the whole process. And with a good Sales person who generally cares for your interest, a good supervisor who communicates with the right anwers the process should go well. Before you chose CarefFree Homes do your HOMEWORK. With reviews, quality of work , and there up grades are Ridiculous. You can go to any homes being build so you can look and make your own judgement calls. Caps on our great room chandelier were left dangling from the chains when they should've been secured to the cedar beam. According to the painter, the builder (you) said it was because it was missing screws. It wasn't. That was fixed 3 weeks after we moved in and only after we said we'd call the owner himself if that's what it took to fix it. 2. The glass door to our wine room was missing. It's taken 8 visits and it is still NOT done. 3. Missing one oven in kitchen. Was installed 1 week AFTER closing. 4. Pantry doors missing. Was just completed last Friday and only after 8 visits and them having to redo the doors completely. 5. Scratched appliances. Your subs damaged our range as they were moving and installing it in multiple places. The door was replaced a week and a half ago and the trim still hasn't been replaced. 6. Dents and scratches in microwave. Was replaced/fixed a week AFTER closing. 7. Master carpet was glued down instead of stretched properly. Completed 2 AFTER closing. 8. Cabinet hardware missing in the studio. Completed 2 weeks AFTER closing. 9. Missing towel bar in secondary bath. Completed 2 weeks AFTER closing. 10. Towel bar not properly installed in master bath. Completed 2 weeks AFTER closing. As anyone can see, there was much more than 2 things that were on our punchlist. Their PM knew about it but probably didn't reveal those things just like he wasn't willing to give us a survey unless we promised to recommend them. We weren't satisfied with the condition of our home. We were forced to move in because we had thousands of dollars tied into mover's and move out fees from our apartment. We actually postponed closing 2 days because all of these things were outstanding on the first closing date. In fact, we were so disgusted with the PM and the state of our home that we told them to forgo any pomp and circumstance that the company usually does because it was all a farce. The VP and PM told us that two employees I referred to in my original review were fired, one left because she moved out of town, and the other left to take a job with another builder; that's 4 of 7 employees we dealt with. The remaining three are still at the company. so their explanation that the pandemic was the reason why is false. The company still fails to accept that the level to which they claim to treat all of their customers was not met. We STILL have outstanding issues in our home and instead of accepting responsibility and doing the right thing they continue to make excuses. The fact that reply is filled with mistruths proves even further that they only care about looking good on paper and not in practice.

I feel truly blessed that I had this amazing opportunity to become a Palo Verde Home (PVH) family…read moreand would like to share my experience. I first heard PVH through word of mouth in 2019. All I know is that the builder provides a high quality home. I heard PVH used to provide custom-build home but they no longer doing that anymore. I haven't had a chance to visit any PVH model home until Sept. 2020. It was located in west El Paso Cimmaron Canyon area. First impression, absolutely love it! In late Oct. 2020, I signed the contract with PVH for Acacia CIM (4 bed and 2 bath) ! I feel truly blessed that I got to live in Cimmaron Canyon area. I've been waiting for about 8-9 months for it to be ready. During that period, PVH and real estate agent did a great job keep me informed on construction progress at different phases. I receive quick response whenever I have questions regarding building phase. I've been living in my house for 3+ months. Absolutely love my house! 1) Everything that I selected during color selection process had been provided. There's no surprise during private inspection, home owner orientation, and final walk through. 2) I love the way PVH provided a home orientation video before final walk through. It let us know what to expect during final walk through which make the entire process smooth and efficient! 3) All of the cabinet comes with excellent quality! (I choose brown) 4) PVH did a great job on painting! 5) Absolutely love the upgraded kitchen counter top and upgraded range hood! 6) Love the bathroom materials provided. High end quality! 7) It's an energy saving home which save me lots of money on electricity! 8) Love the basket that PVH provided during closing date. You can tell from small things that PVH is a detail oriented company. I highly recommand PVH home to everybody looking for a house in El Paso area!

I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing a home from this builder. My experience has…read morebeen extremely disappointing due to poor construction quality, terrible customer service, and a complete lack of responsiveness when it comes to warranty repairs. The homes are poorly built, and when problems arise, getting the builder to address warranty issues is extremely frustrating. They either fail to respond to service requests or take an unreasonable amount of time to address them. In my case, I ended up paying out of my own pocket for repairs that should have been covered under the builder's warranty simply because they took too long to respond. This is unacceptable, especially considering the significant financial investment involved in purchasing a new home. Buying a new home should provide peace of mind, not additional expenses, frustration, and constant follow-ups for problems that should have been corrected by the builder. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this builder. The poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and unacceptable warranty service have made this a very disappointing experience. I would not purchase another home from this builder.

Took the entire 30 days to return security deposit and took 400$ for prior existing scratches on an exterior door, and not cleaning. Which is almost laughable. The house was in better condition when we left than it was on move in. We have rented for close to 14 years together, and never had a single issue. We will be sure to let fellow military families know to avoid ERA, we certainly will be when we return this year. #rudeaf #moneygoblins
