When you first visit, Dr. Linnemann meets with you in his office to ask about your concerns and to discuss his office's philosophy. I especially appreciated one of these: "No pain." He and his staff also meet weekly to make sure any concerns are discussed: I think this contributes to the good morale and professionalism of the whole staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. After having a couple of unsatisfactory appointments with previous dentists, I was delighted to discover that he 1) neither pressures you to have procedures, 2) nor neglects to inform you of the complete state of your dental health. Instead, he does inform you of any areas of concern, and you make the decision. For example, I knew I would need some crowns, which he confirmed, but instead of pressuring and alarming me that I needed to have them all fixed immediately, he evaluated the seriousness of each one, kept close watch on them, and when I told him I had the money, he fixed the worst one first, and we took them slowly, one by one. In short, it has been a pleasure to work with him all these years. He even lets you choose from his list of many movies during procedures. He's also well read, very smart, and funny.

The practice is located in the pyramid building on Louis Pasteur. I like the exterior way more than the interior. The building itself is kind of old. Dr. De La Garza's office is very comfortable and clean though. I like how nice the assistants are. They don't have a horrible sliding door that separates us. They always check me in right away and I have never waited more than a minute to be seen. I'm often 3-5 minutes late and they are generally very forgiving. If you are late for more than that, make sure to call! I'm a huge fan of the dental hygienists that work in this practice. They are exceptionally thorough and always spend more than half an hour on my teeth. Dr. De La Garza also invests in state of the art equipment, which I appreciate. My old dentist office never updated any of its stuff! I like the availability of a variety of polishes for my teeth and different tools and tricks to make me more comfortable as a patient. I always feel refreshed and clean when I leave. I highly recommend Dr. De La Garza's practice if you live in the med center!

It was what the called a snap on.   That was over 6 years ago.  At the time the warranty was 10 years, it has since been reduced to 5 years.  Since the implants have not been bearing weight they have gone bad.  Though the dentist has said they will honor the warranty the new manager has decided that a missing implant on the bottom is causing the top appliance to break.  Called this morning to verify my appointments and was told they would not see me unless I paid money to extract the implants.  Informed the receptionist that I wound be there at one for someone to explain how a missing implant on the bottom caused damage to the top denture.  I arrive at one inform the receptionist that I am here and she said she will notify the manager.  Meanwhile there is another patient that is complaining about how bad the service is.  We talked about how there was an almost complete turnover of personnel. I'm called back to the desk and told the manager is busy.  Which is odd because I've only seen one person go back.  I leave my number with the receptionist.  Needless to say he never called.  The takeaway from this is that they would not see someone with a cracked denture.  The manager wouldn't even meet or call me.  If you don't mind poor patient care and shoddy work this is the place to go.  If you want to be treated like a person then find another place. Yelp why are you hiding the negative reviews at the bottom? This is serious dealing with people's health.
