He is also VERY conservative & only suggests the most minimal work necessary (we really respect his opinion and have had negative experiences elsewhere with drill/fill-happy types). So I needed a crown & a filling this week & have had them done elsewhere in years past. I was expecting soreness/tenderness etc but was perfectly great. He's got an awesome porcelain tooth-maker that makes it in about 5 min (no 2 week wait with a temporary) & you can't even tell where the filling was or which tooth is a crown (unlike my other crowns that are obvious). I'm sure the in-house massage after helped too... it was the best yet and I can't wait till my cleaning next week since I booked another massage too. This issue was discovered by me rather than proactively identified by the office despite months of waiting for care. I also had concerns regarding the professionalism of front office staff. During a scheduling call, I found the interaction dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. When I requested management involvement, I was told management would review the matter, but I never received the callback I requested. Instead of communicating directly with me regarding my concerns, information about the situation was reportedly discussed with my case manager. This has raised serious questions for me about communication practices, patient respect, and whether discussions about my complaint were necessary and appropriate. My concerns include delays in care, poor communication, failure to return management calls, referral coordination issues, and lack of transparency regarding requests for records and information. Patients deserve professionalism, accountability, and direct communication when concerns are raised.

Everything about Dr. Hale and his staff has been superb. The office is always spotless, the staff and front office team are amazing, and most importantly, Dr. Hale is truly a master in his field. I originally booked an appointment for my teenage daughter, who was suffering from TMJ and jaw issues. I was so impressed with his assessment and the Invisalign treatment plan that I booked an appointment for myself for a cleaning and X-rays. I have always been a little self-conscious about my smile, but Dr. Hale and his team were never judgmental or critical. Instead, they made me feel comfortable and helped get me back on the right track. My daughter's jaw issues have since improved dramatically, so I recently brought in my 24-year-old son, who also needed Invisalign for similar issues. Lastly, my wife has always been extremely critical of dentists due to previous bad experiences. I convinced her to give Dr. Hale a try, and she has also had a great experience. Contrary to a couple of other posts, they were cheaper than my previous dentist (a "green" signed chain around town). I had the very strong feeling they were trying to meet a quota for the year. Each time I went in, it was like going to a car dealership with them trying to get me to get several procedures done. And each time I would express that I need extra numbing agent, I feel that was downplayed or "hard to believe." I asked about "sedation dentistry." That was brushed off too. My last cleaning with them was enough. But enough about them. Back to the FIRST CLASS folks... I truly mean "first class" because I've had extensive dental work done over my life and been to dentists across the country due to being a traveler. Each person here greeted me with a smile and by name. That says ALOT, nowadays. I was treated like a valued customer. And yes, the place does smell like cookies. Heheeee!
