I searched Yelp and found this great shoe repair in the 7th. The gentleman spoke just enough English. The boots were ready the next day as promised and they look spectacular!!! I was pleased to find a young man who spoke fluently, and had a helpful spirit also. He recommended a style of shoe and searched for my size. He was so professional and friendly. They were turning people away from exiting the elevators because they closed shortly. Um, if your not closed yet, your not closed! No one wants to work. Won't be giving my $$$ to Nike.
