From the exterior, it looks like a nice facility. Once you're inside, it's cold and sterile like many medical offices, but something about it felt more like a used car dealership. There were 3 staff members sitting behind the desk with nothing to do. I only waited a few minutes to be seen by the doctor, who was pleasant enough but I really wondered if she was a legitimate doctor. She shuffled in the room with a messy ponytail and wearing snap-up athletic pants under the doctor coat. I don't expect a doctor in a tuxedo, but there's something to be said for looking professional and polished. I was given a Z pack, some kind of steroid, and cough "pearls" with little explanation of what everything was for. I was disappointed because I told the doctor that the cough was the worst part, and I wanted something that would help me sleep - ideally a cough syrup with codeine. This was my first experience with the pearls, which weren't nearly as effective. This visit was on a Sunday in the late afternoon, so unless I'm scrambling to find somewhere open again, I won't be back.

This place is awful. Dr. Sayeed must have looked at my chart from a few years ago because I had…read morebreathing issues from vaping. I no longer vape. His first question was if I smoked. He automatically assumed it was from vaping and said I had an "infection". He never even said what kind. He said he prescribed antibiotics and I waited overnight and the prescription was never even sent. The receptionists and nurses were nice but I won't be going here again because of how awful that doctor was.

Late last night and this morning I could tell I wasn't feeling as good, and surmised it was because I was experiencing a rebound effect from the steroids. I have been to Physicians Immediate Care before and had a positive experience. Wait times were doable, friendly staff and providers. I was seen by a Lolalin, NP, she was very kind and thorough. She ordered a chest X-ray, r/o any pneumonia. And prescribed me the necessary medications . Can't say enough about the level of care and kindness. Did you know they have their own pharmacy on site?! So convenient, and affordable --a plus! Thank you PHYSICIANS IMMEDIATE CARE!

Before taking me back for treatment, their front desk staff explicitly verified and confirmed that they accepted my specific insurance plan, and they collected my copay on the spot. Weeks later, I received a surprise bill for the full, unadjusted amount in the mail. When I called to resolve it, their story constantly shifted: first they claimed they don't take my insurance after all, then hid behind technicalities saying they "don't handle emergencies because they are an immediate care, not an ER." To make matters worse, they previously promised me I could pay their discounted cash/self-pay rate if insurance ended up denying the claim. But as soon as the claim was actually denied, they went back on their word! They refused to honor the self-pay discount and insisted I was now forced to pay the full, inflated list price--even though they claimed upfront they accepted my insurance! When I escalated to a supervisor, I was met with zero accountability and told I had to handle it entirely on my own, all while receiving weekly calls demanding full payment. All this company does is point fingers, make false promises, change their story, and demand full price when their administrative mistakes happen. To management reading this: Please do not leave a generic copy-paste reply asking me to contact your guest relations or customer service team. I already spoke directly with your leadership, was told to deal with it myself, and received zero support. I am completely done with their excuses and will never return to any of their facilities--even in an emergency. Save yourself the stress, headache, and surprise bills, and go somewhere else for care!!

We have had good experiences at this hospital 3 times. He had some atypical symptoms but they helped to get the appropriate diagnosis and helped us get him into hospice which gave him even more services that he needed for free. Next my husband was taken there after a fall and they got plastic surgeon to stitch up his eye lid which was cut all the way through. It healed well and years later he has no visible scar. Recently my husband who is now in his 70s woke up and was so dizzy nauseated and in pain we called the rescue squad. They wanted to take him to Bolingbrook hospital but my father in law had been there and they were no help so we requested Rush Copley even though it was a little further. He had a good experience, with a thorough work up for everything and they scanned his head and whole torso.. Thankfully it was just symptoms from a combo of a sinus thing and intestinal inflammation. They gave him some meds to get him stable. Sent him home with some meds and gave him referrals. The hospital was busy but they got him into quickly and I think we were out of there before lunch time. Very caring staff, doctors etc. The only issue I had was that I was not able to go with him and when I called to get info on his condition nobody called me back. I called twice and really just wanted to know how serious it was while I waited for my son to get here to drive me there. I'd say a couple hours. When we got there there was no explanation of why someone could not have called to let me know he was not dying. Since his care was good I did not mar down for that but it is something they should work on as when we arrived it did not seem like they were overly busy and someone could have relayed at least a general message about his condition. If we ever need to go again I will choose this hospital.

Another hour wait. Asked the last PA if I would be billed for the CT scan. Said it wasn't fair. Nurse agreed. She said to take it up with the legal department. Paid 1400.00 for a procedure I did not need. If you are dying, have your partner dump you on a different ER doorstep. This place is a shit hole. Close to my house and will never return.
