That said, once you get past this hurdle, the staff are efficient and friendly. They work to get you set, both physically and psychologically for the procedure at hand. Dr. Ohanian was calm, cool and efficient. He explained as he went, prepped for each next step and worked to ensure I understood what was happening and what was being looked for. No, he isn't the exciting life of the party of doctors, but for a professional getting the job done properly and with minimal discomfort, would definitely go back to his practice.

My insurance also paid and now there is a credit on my account that they refuse to refund. There is no way to speak to billing. I have to go through the receptionist to pass the message on to the financial department. This was the absolutely worst experience with a doctors office regarding care and a refund. The office is now permanently closed but I will go to every extreme possible to recover the money they owe me. It has been since January 28th, 2026 with a text on March 11th stating my refund has been processed. NOT!
