We had an absolutely positive experience working with realtor Taylor Moss and her team on the…read morepurchase of our new home in Massachusetts. From start to finish, she handled all communication with professionalism and provided thoughtful guidance whenever we needed it. What truly stood out was her dedication--she drove countless times from Rhode Island to Massachusetts to support us during our home search. That level of commitment made a huge difference and showed how much she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. It was a challenging transaction given the circumstances, but Taylor stayed on top of everything and worked tirelessly to keep things moving toward a successful closing. Thanks to her efforts, we are now happily starting a new chapter in our lives. We are incredibly grateful and cannot thank Taylor enough for making this possible. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience where we were misled, entered into a "VIP Buyer agreement" that was ANYTHING but "VIP", worked with a lender who was recommended and kind but also pushy, we informed everyone from the start we had some taxes to file for my husband's business, and were informed only after we were under contract that we did not meet eligibility requirements to qualify for the RI first time down payment assistance loan in time for our closing due to our IRS payment plan timeline! (FYI- their preferred lender might not explain to you until its TOO LATE that you need 3mos of IRS payments to qualify for this down payment assistance!) Received a verbal extension from seller to extend closing for a week, which we took and decided to eat it on our down payment assistance loan just to get into this property. Turns out no one kept up communication from the seller, who flew in for closing, and they never actually signed the extension. We signed a termination to protect our deposit at 9:30am on a Thursday. Asked for and received NO updates until a text message at nearly THREE AM the following Sunday informing us that the seller had indeed backed out, and signed their own termination of contract?! On the same Thursday we signed ours, at 3:30 PM?! And they had had "no updates" for us for DAYS?! Selling AND buying agents are colleagues at this same agency, yet communication was abhorrent. Complete lack of understanding the urgency of such matters. Thank god we got our deposit and our "VIP" buyer payment for a total of 4k back- that was the ONLY positive to come out of this experience. Never again!!

If I could give Nathan Clark Team a zero I would!! Beware of…read morereal estate companies that offer to buy your house. If you have a contingency clause and you go past the 30 days, they will extend it for you.. BUT... the buyers of your house may ask you to lower the price or they will not buy it. These real estate scams delight in the idea of you running out of time. Even if they offer you a contingency extension, you HAVE NO PROTECTION against potential buyers of your property. You can be robbed of a full real estate profit fee if you go past the thirty days contingency clause. They won't release the contingency clause UNLESS you present them with a purchase and sale agreement, by which they could tell you the buyer will walk away, particularly if it's a cash deal. These scams have been legalized and happen every day. BEWARE!! I lost $20K on the sale of my house in MA after I provided a purchase and sale on a house I bought privately. Not only did they profit from the sale of my house but they told me the buyers would walk away unless I dropped the price $20K. Not only that but I had three agents stop returning my calls. It not my fault they were showing me houses I did not like. I finally bought a house private sale through divine intervention because these people did NOTHING FOR ME AND I WILL NEVER FORGET HOW I GOT ROBBED THE DAY AFTER I PRESENTED MY PURCHASE AND SALE. They were pissed so they called me the next day telling me "We have a problem". The problem was I wasn't buying a house from them, so they robbed me on my sale telling me "buyers have a right to walk away". Total scoundrels.

A good friend recommended Rachael, and we instantly vibed with her after our first intro call and "guided coffee shop tour of RI" IYKYK. We truly could not have done this without her! It took us nearly a year to find our first home, and during those times with our numerous questions and concerns, Rachael was so sweet and caring and never made us feel rushed. She gave us her honest opinions with every house viewing and never tried to "sell" us the house; she truly cared for finding a home that worked for us. She is super knowledgeable, professional, supportive, (and the list goes on) overall a fantastic realtor! We highly recommend working with Rachael and have recommended her to our close friends.

She is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of home purchasing and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I would think of a question late in the evening, send an email, and would have a response shortly after. We also had a situation where the seller was willing to provide us with additional closing credit if we moved the closing date, which we couldn't accommodate because the lease where we were renting was ending and someone else was moving in. She called our landlord and somehow convinced him to let us stay longer and delay the other person moving in (magic?). Rachael puts a lot of effort into finding homes you will like based on the descriptions you give her. She was so spot on with us that we bought the first home we saw with her! During the walkthrough she was very honest about what work would need to be done on the house and it was completely in-line with what the inspection said. Trust her instincts, she knows what she's doing and she wants you to be happy with your first home. We cannot recommend her enough.
