The students were very friendly and interpersonal. One student was too sleepy and teasing my hair and hurt my scalp 3x which was frustrating. But the teacher was careless and had an attitude. Just her technique and watching her go about teaching the students seemed careless and unprofessional to me. I had an allergic reaction the next days and informed the school. THIS SHOULD NOT BE OK! I asked to see their products 3 times and they said they would and end up not showing me the ingredients which is shady to me. This is a careless practice. The female teacher had the audacity to gaslight and make up reasons for why this would occur. Next time, DO BETTER and have COMPASSION, learn from your customers and learn to listen, not to answer back. If that was you, youd be upset I cannot recommend this place.

They started asking what I needed, and shortly after, told me they wouldn't be able to take me--despite it being over an hour before closing. I have very low hair, no longer than a #2 guard, so I was surprised they turned me away for something so simple. For a barber school, I was shocked there was only one student working and no sense of professionalism--especially from the instructor. I honestly feel sorry for that student. I even called ahead of time to avoid this exact situation, and I don't appreciate having my time wasted and leaving without a haircut. If you're looking for a better experience, I highly recommend the Mastery Academy off of Orange. They're half the price, have a full staff, and the environment is friendly and welcoming. Total night and day difference.

He barely had a chance to socialize before but I am so happy he now has made friends and he looks forward to seeing them everyday. KinderCare has an app that they update you on throughout the day about naps, meals and diaper changes. They also send you photos throughout the day so you can see what your kid is up to. We even got an update when a small earthquake happened letting us know how the kids were doing. This facility cares and everyone from the teachers to staff knows your child's name it feels so special knowing he's cared for by a kind staff.

I'm not new to lash lifts, I've had many over the years at different places, and they've always held for at least 5 weeks so this was disappointing. The girls working there were very nice, and the space is convenient, but for the price you pay, I expected much better and longer-lasting results. Sadly, the quality just didn't match the cost for me.
